Im going to guess if ricky doesnt plead out this is going to be one of their biggest (and most well known) cases that theyve ever had.
One year from now in a local diner near the county courthouse, a farmer sitting at the booth closest to the door looks up from his coffee and notices the County Prosecutor paying his lunch bill at the cashier stand at the end of the counter.

"Say, weren't you the one who put away that Internet lawyer guy?"

"Yup."

"Them kids okay?"

The County Prosecutor nods. "They're with relatives. Should be fine."

"That's good," the farmer says.

"Yup."

The End

Nah, they've got a straight up murder case going on right now:

And a drive-by shooting/attempted murder:

In fact, they've had a few homicides over the years.

I don't think Nick would be close to their biggest case. It might prove to be the most entertaining though.
I guess I meant biggest as in "most notorious". Nobody wouldve given a shit if OJ was some retarded darkie from the inner city, it was the fact that he was OJ that got the entire country to tune in. Nick's status as "nearly normie famous" is going to bite him in the ass when and if any trial starts. Everyone is going to be streaming it, and any normies not in da sekkktur are gonna go, "hey, isnt that the johnny depp guy?".

I've become quite fond of Aaron over the last week or two.

Yes, he's obviously not the smartest guy in the world, and sure, he got sucked into engaging in cuckoldry -- and it was Nick fucking Rekieta who was banging his wife, but I actually find him quite credible when he talks about his experiences with Nick and Kayla. He just comes across as utterly guileless to me. If he was going to lie, he'd attempt to make himself look a bit cooler or a bit less stupid. I'm sure there's a whole load of stuff that he's hilding back, but when he does respond to questions and give his account, he seems to be to be doing so in a truthful manner.

He also seems to be the only one in that little polycule who recognized how fucked up the whole thing wass. Listening to him talking about how Kayla wanted them all to move in together and raise the kids collectively -- anything to avoid taking care of them herself, it seems -- when he talks about how he had an ex-wife and that shit wasn't going to fly with her, the problems of explaining it all to friend and parents and what have you -- all of that rings completely true to me. Those are the immediate issues you'd be confronted with if you were in that situation. It's unfathomable to me that Nick and Kayla thought that they'd be able to carry on in such a fashion, presumably while continuing to lie to his audience, their family, etc. etc.

It was obvious to anyone who has been around heavy end cocaine and alcohol use that the wheels were coming off the wagon. It would inevitably be sooner rather than later, that they found themselves in a life ruining situation. I think it was luck rather than good judgement that let Aaron get out while the going was good, but I'm not mad about that. We could all use a bit of luck in our lives when it's all turning to shit.
The reasoning behind Aaron ditching the whole shebang was:
- 50% the mother of his kids threatened him with taking full custody
- 25% Kayla was just a tiresome monotonous drag as the months rolled along
- 25% the overall coke-induced shit show and the realization that April and Nick may have this planned out way earlier and Aaron wised up a bit too late.

Im going to guess if ricky doesnt plead out this is going to be one of their biggest (and most well known) cases that theyve ever had. I imagine any DA, especially one that sounds really young like this one does, would be salivating to take this to trial just for the reputational boost.
I feel like it's worth pointing out that the city does not have to offer a plea deal to him at all. To be totally honest, with the way he shits all over their town, community, and legal system I would even say it would be doing themselves a favor to not offer one, especially considering the massive amount of incontrovertible evidence they seem to have. His best and only option is to somehow "technically" get away with it based on the search being unconstitutional....but the guy got ratted on by like 4 or 5 people, they FOUND what they were looking for based on their search, AND he livestreamed himself multiple times doing exactly what they thought he was doing publicly. Nick needs to pray for a plea deal but honestly I would only be inclined to offer one if I thought I, the prosecutor, did not have a strong case....but they DO have a strong case.

It could generate the most publicity they've had in a while, sure.

I think though, contrary Barnes's bloviating, this isn't gonna be a complex case for the prosecution. I don't think they're gonna have to work too hard. His best bet right now seems to be a plea deal.

Nice NES power set. Is Nick really playing NES games on his spare time?
It's 80's kids with too much money buying the stuff their parents wouldn't get them. It's why you see so many manchildren with Nintendo shit on shelves. I doubt he used it since he bought it, probably a drunk Ebay pickup. If anything he probably tried hooking it up to a HDTV and stopped because it looked and played like shit.

For instance, in a stream this thread is clamoring for Nick to do, Nick might resort to attacking Aaron’s character, downplaying the issue as a one-time event that resulted in arrests after one singular night of partying.
With all of the blabbing Aaron has been doing making the rounds on shows, I'm wondering how valuable of a witness he is anymore? How easy would it be for a defense attorney to impeach him and his testimony? Hasn't he said some contradictory stuff?

Why tha fuck this looks worse than my living room that gets destroyed daily by my todler and i have to pick up shit he thrown around daily and scrub stuff smeared by him daily. Bruh you don't let kids in there right? Why does it look like you had kids party for days in there?

So much money and doesn't pay for cleaning services .

It generally saves a fair amount of time and money to not bring something to trial. If the person forces the county to spend the time and money bringing them to trial - especially in an instance where they seem to have no chance of winning - then they usually get punished far worse than if they took the deal.

someone found this old picture from Drexel of Rekieta's desk. Apparently what's behind his desk is a huge mystery.

It’s like an Eye Spy picture.

There’s
-A hammer between the table and the microphone stabd
-two graphic novels next to the table leg (The Incal and something else)
-a Nintendo of some sort
-one shoe
-empty plastic water bottle
-empty whisky bottles
-tortilla chips on the desk
-a box full of random papers
-empty can next to the hammer
-Printer paper above the printer paper box so I assume a printer and maybe a Fax is obscured by the TV
-under the desk a clip and a wireless earbud case

What a fucking slob. A slob with big, needless, expensive toys.
I will say, it's not the clutter that concerns me, it's just the general trash laying around that is disgusting.

In my home, I have my office, and it's really the only room in the house I can store my personal stuff. The only stuff of mine in the bedroom is clothes and the bed I share with my wife (and a Glock in a quick release safe), the rest of the stuff in there is hers (which is also really just clothes, a few books, and a knitting bag with her current project in it). In the house, everything in house is general home stuff. She has her crafting room she keeps all her sewing, knitting, and quilting stuff, which is also a bit cluttered. I keep all my Warhammer hobby stuff, gaming (tabletop and video games), and every other hobby item in my office and my office is most definitely cluttered. While her crafting room and my office are cluttered, it keeps the rest of the house clean and presentable. Also, to keep a clean house, all you need is just 20-30 minutes in the evening every day and your house stays clean (instead of doing it all at once every week, which will eat up a whole day). It's our evening ritual, after the toddler goes down for the night, we spend half an hour cleaning every evening, and our house is clean and organized.

However, with that being said, there is no trash in our personal spaces and the floors are clean. It's like the bare minimum of effort to take the trash with you when you leave a room and toss it and run a vacuum over the floor quickly.

Aaron is hardly the best witness. He's a clout chaser and is certainly impeachable on that basis alone.

However, Nick has also done some shit that strongly suggests Aaron genuinely knows things.

The biggest one for me is: Why would you want Aaron to sign an NDA? That's sussy AF.

Another thing that I found curious is that Nick went running to Coomalot after getting out of jail. Nick had supposedly not spoken to Coomalot for many months leading up to the arrest. Then all of a sudden he's very buddy-buddy with him. Including donating subs. Coomy was talking about drug use and prostitutes after the arrest, but before Nick showed up.

I think he wanted Aaron to shut up, failed, and now he's hoping to shut up Coomy before he says anything else that would further damage the narrative.

Nick has skeletons in his closet. Some of which have fallen out, and others that have yet to be revealed.

All that said, under the theory of constructive possession, I don't know how important Aaron would be to the criminal case though. He might be more important to the CPS one.

Can you imagine if Nick drank beer instead of whiskey? Place would be trashed with empty cans instead of bottles. Why even keep empty bottles other than hording behavior?

Anyway, Nick if you’re reading this switch to beer. You can hammer them back all day and keep a nice buzz going instead of drinking whiskey and nodding off on stream. There’s a nice bourbon barrel beer that I can’t remember the name of but it’s nice.

Have a few drinks buddy! Lower that stress!

Guys… Guys… It won’t be one of THOSE trials. It won’t be Depp, won’t be OJ.
You won’t have Aaron on the witness stand trying to squeeze on a balldo on a nutsack that’s obviously too big.

They have what they need without getting Aaron and the rest of the polycule on the stand.

If Nick isn’t retarded, the whole thing will be over in half an hour. If he IS retarded and starts to talk about admiralty court or whatever, it’ll be half a day.

And his ex-wife. I think she gave him an ultimatum about April, especially with her going to court to obtain an order AGAINST HER so she could not drive their kids around.

One of the reasons I kinda like Aaron, or at least don’t hate him, is the kids he has with his ex wife. He never badmouths her.

It seems they have a solid (parenting) relationship, communicate well and want what’s best for the kids. Neither one of them is scheming to get full time custody or anything.

Just refreshing to see two parents acting like fucking adults and making it work.
