Heartbreaking video shows terrified autistic teen, 19, being goaded, stripped naked and restrained by NINE cops while begging them to 'listen to me' -

Disturbing footage shows a terrified autistic 19-year-old desperately asking cops to listen to him before he repeatedly slammed his head on a cell door and died.

Isaiah Trammell, was taunted, belittled and threatened by nine guards as he begged for his medication at the Montgomery County Jail in Ohio. He was taken there after he was arrested following a mental health episode in March, 2023.

After fatally-injuring himself, he was taken to a hospital where he later died.

In surveillance videos obtained by The Columbus Dispatch, officers are seen telling Trammell he was 'ridiculous,' 'embarrassing' and 'acting like an a**.'

He was strapped into a restraint chair twice and threatened a third time with severe consequences if he did not calm down.

But Trammell responded to the threats by banging his head on the cell door and screaming: 'Let me out'

No-one listened as Trammell asked for his medications, a phone call and a blanket, according to the Dispatch.

Trammell was then rushed to hospital where he died three days later, with the coroner ruling it was suicide.

Trammell had been taken to jail after neighbors called police because he'd spent the night banging his head into a wall at his home.

He told officers banging his head on the wall was: 'The only way I know to get rid of the crazy in my head'.

Officers booked Trammell when they discovered he was wanted on an outstanding misdemeanor domestic violence warrant. He had allegedly been abusive to his sister and her husband.

Trammell's heartbroken mother Brandy Abner told The Columbus Patch that Trammel had a history of banging his head as a coping mechanism which often saw him end up in hospital.

She had not been aware of the outstanding warrant against her son.

'We always call when he begins to rage - it's a mental health call, not an "arrest me" call,' she said.

The 19-year-old told officers he suffered from ADHD and did not want to live.

Trammell was put on suicide watch, meaning he was trip-searched and isolated in a safe cell.

However, according to the Dispatch, he wasn't given a mattress, blanket or a suicide-resistant gown.

'He hated his body to be exposed and he kept telling them. He hated to be confined. Absolutely that would trigger him,' his mother said.

Officers allegedly kept him on the restraint chair for more than an hour, which is against Ohio standards for restraints.

The cops also continued to threaten to put Trammell into the chair a third time. The chair is supposed to be a last resort and used after providing medication.

When one officer said they couldn't use the restraint chair, another cop replied: 'Just put the chair in front of his fu***** cell so he stops. Give him a constant reminder.'

The Montgomery County Jail Coalition has called on the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) to investigate Trammell's death.

'Isaiah would be alive today had he been treated with dignity and respect in the jail by staff concerned for his health and well-being. Instead of listening to his cries for medication he was laughed at and ignored. We need accountability for what happened to him,' said Yvonne Currington, retired nurse and Jail Coalition member.

The Sheriff's office told Dayton Daily News on Monday that ODRC's Bureau of Detention found no 'deficiencies' in how the sheriff's office handled his death.

'Medical and mental health providers at the jail provided treatment to Trammell from the time he was booked into jail until he was transported to a local hospital,' said the sheriff’s office spokeswoman Christine Bevins.

'Although people facing charges for violent crimes shouldn’t be released to society to deal with, our community needs a medical facility with a lockdown unit that can better handle those who are in crisis.'

So then you're suggesting summary execution? What are you trying to get at?

I think nowadays there are medications that can help most people with mental illnesses live perfectly normal lives
1) Not really.
2) Even the relatively successful medications have side effects and the spergs don't like them, so if they are not kept under regimented control, many will simply stop taking their medications out of pure selfishness. This is why they are a danger to the public: they cannot be trusted to be responsible for themselves, and it's why asylums existed for hundreds of years.
3) Spergs will also often start to delude themselves that they don't need their meds anymore - "I've been taking this for a while now and I feel fine", and then cease taking it, which takes us back to my point 2).

Any way you look at it, these people should never be allowed out in public.

Stimming by banging your head on the wall is unacceptable behavior, even for a tard, and the parents allowing that was a failure squarely on their shoulders. Proper caregivers would not allow that and redirect instead of letting that go on. Tardmommies boo-hoo about state hospitals and ICFs, but it’s really the best environment for some of these patients. The reason why tards are drugged out of their minds is for their safety and everyone else’s.

Also, mom “not knowing” about a warrant for a domestic that her child called on her other child is some insane tard-guarding. That daughter hates her mother for good reason.

That daughter hates her mother for good reason.
Good point. I have absolutely no doubt that the daughter has spent her whole life having to tolerate his intolerable behaviour, with her mother trying to tell her she's the problem for not being understanding and compassionate and empathetic.
It's frankly surprising the daughter didn't kill him herself.

Unfortunately, it’s a common story for siblings to resent their parents for babying the family potato over their welfare.
However, one tard I knew attacked her brother and her parents rightfully put her in a facility before subjecting more of their children to her.

And this is why abortion should be legal. People with a genetic predisposition of severe mental illnesses should not be having children, however due to circumstances these people continue to come into the world, in which case they should receive counseling as soon as possible, or if it’s a more severe illness, institutionalized or be living in a group home.
This sounds very convenient for women fixated on being able to make their sacrifices to Moloch. But other than severely physical abnormalities and Down Syndrome, you aren't going to be able to tell who is going to be a head basher in 20 years, in utero, or even for quite some time after delivery. And most of these disabilities occur as mutations, de novo, or due to some cluster of 18 recessive genes that almost everyone has at least a few of.

Thus your abortion-is-the-answer fixation doesn't even make cold, pragmatic sense. Yeah you can abort the children of schizos and the downies, but such a policy will have little to no impact on the number of kids like this one running around.

1) DV assault, battery, DV What? You're also saying a warrant justifies killing or hurting people, he wasn't even convicted.
No. But a warrant issued for a violent crime (DV) does justify his arrest. Also, he was the one who responded to said arrest by going berserk in a way that defied the human instinct of self-preservation. I don't think for a second that any of those cops/guards woke up that morning hoping to get the chance to restrain a screaming tard to death. But their hand was forced by his own behavior, regardless of why he thought it was a good idea or any special pleading of "But if you'd only....." as if this whole thing happened in a vacuum.

Nobody's to blame here, this is just the inevitable when mentally sick people who can't think rationally are left to roam society on their own. They'll eventually kill themselves by butting up against rational actors attempting to use rational force against a fundamentally irrational person. You can't square that circle.

2) Define a threat to life and show how a DV warrant is itself proof of being so deadly. Nobody cares about anyone's pride here.
An act of violence in the home that was enough to convince a court that a person should be arrested isn't enough on its face? Come on.

Nobody said it didn't.

Panic tends to be a response to preserve one's own life but editorializing with no basis is tradition on the internet, sure.

They're accused of negligence due to being poorly trained with poor practices, I thought.

Their hand was forced to be sat on while he killed himself?

An accused one and the sister hasn't spoken yet.

This could have been a lolcow, we could have had new content. Think about who you're wanting to die, you're essentially arguing for the destruction of Kiwi Farms itself. Without tards like this poor bastard what purpose does Kiwi Farms serve?
Endless shitflinging about trannies and Trump?

In a vague attempt to bring content to this thread beyond 'mean eugenics vs nice eugenics', I went and looked up Ohio's guidelines for domestic violence charges.

It looks like in Ohio, domestic violence can be a misdemeanor or a felony. It seemed to suggest there might be some leeway for making the call one way or another based on circumstances, but based on some law firm's breakdown the tl;dr seems to be:

Misdemeanor=
- harm a family member or attempt to harm a family member, either intentionally or via 'reckless behavior'
- threaten a family member in a way that causes them to genuinely believe you intend to harm them

Felony=
- do any of the above after already having been charged previously for DV
- any of the above to a pregnant woman

According to the article, Trammell had a warrant out for a misdemeanor version of this-- which means that he hadn't been charged before. That sounds good, at first, but consider that this probably wasn't new behavior, which means that something must have recently escalated enough to finally make the sister go to police. Either he hadn't attacked/threatened her severely enough before to make her report him, or he hadn't attacked/threatened her before and now suddenly had, or this had been going on a long time and the mom saw it as normal behavior but the sister had finally had enough.

I seriously think something was wrong in that house, and something was wrong with Trammell (whether through his own escalating crazy OR a lack of any control by the mother that might have prevented things from getting to this point). The jail situation was fucked, sure, but from the sound of it so was he.

Damn this thread got gay. Where did all these Reddit fags come from?

Given their vice is to wade into muck, then claim to be elevated once they're floating in it, I suspect they originate from a more crowded pool of muck; wherein the hypocrisy of participating for the sake of denouncing the activity is the norm.

All the /pol/ fags in this thread pretending this isn't them when their mom's wi-fi doesn't work are hilarious
As I said before, almost all neckbeards advocating for eugenics online would inevitably find themselves the targets of a government eugenics program if one were to actually be implemented. But, then again, these are all incels who will never have kids anyway, so there really wouldn't be any need to sterilize them regardless. Nature has its own way of dealing with bottom-feeders. I guess that's nature's eugenics.

Why is it people who go for erudite posts about empathy eventually pivot to hate themselves?

It undermines your moral argument to say "some hate is okay if I say so."

Given that you literally made up bullshit, I can too:

Perhaps he annoyed his sister enough to file a charge based on him yelling and acting like a tard and saying he was reckless and threatening with how many head-kyles he put into the drywall.

Maybe it was some way to get him to go along with therapy, or some ploy to get help that wouldn't exist otherwise.

Any other dramatic what-ifs

Or, maybe he actually did lay hands on someone, or accidentally headbutt his sister instead of the wall.
