His mistake was actually getting addicted to booze, coke, and then neglecting his kids. Blame any small town you want, his fuck ups are HIS fuck ups. I would even argue that small towns are where people actually reach out and care the most to help people versus a major city (I've lived in both). Nick just didn't give a flying fuck.
The church cared enough to try getting him into the young parents group because they saw everything going downhill and he blew them off as Big Youtube Man. He's made enough rants against his church and wider community that I assume there were other attempts to talk to him and Kayla. The pastor cares enough about the situation that he chose a sermon to prepare the congregation for what was to come after he made his report. That speaks volumes to me about his commitment beyond even making the report. Making the report was mandatory.

I've lived in towns small towns like Spicer for a while now. Thanks to the church and home school group they were involved enough that you're right, people gave a damn about that family up to and including calling the police. Nobody wants to see a family fall apart. There are more than enough lost cause addicts and fuck ups even in small towns that you don't want more. He would have been embraced and offered support if could have humbled himself and recognized a problem, but we all know that's an impossibility. Nick is a lawyer who smart enough to implicate himself in crimes when talking to the police and getting convictions because couldn't be bother to show up to court.

Was anyone else turned off/annoyed by Nick as a YT personality since the beginning and now feels super vindicated?

I just never believed he was a real lawyer. Sure, he might have passed law school and the bar, but I was never convinced by the claim to have a legal practice.

Then when he defamed Montegraph my scepticism went through the roof.

(if it’s not the trust my opinion is that Nick sits on the board for a charity and likely gets a 5-6 figure income from that due to personal experience with rich cunts).
Unsuccesful failure family members of super rich families with trusts and charitable foundations sometimes do have "in name only" positions on the board, where they get basically the charity money rich families give their failsons to keep them afloat and from embarrassing the family (like Nick just did) in return for attending like two meetings a year or some other make work shit, to justify their "employment," so yeah, I could see this being the source for Nicks seemingly hard to explain finances.
He's certainly getting money from somewhere, he was living way beyond his means long before the Rittenhouse and Depp trials.

Minnesota Court website duplicated the speeding charge, and notified that today they informed DPS about the conviction. New case number 34-VB-24-522; old 34-VB-23-781

Edit: No, that's a completely new charge. The old one happened in 2023, this one happened in 2024. 2023 version has only speeding.

Charges for both attached.
At this rate I'd put money on Rackets blowing hard online about defending himself and Kayla only to get drunk, sleep in and not even bother to turn up to the trial.

Even in the Facebook group era of Nick that I remember, he was always entirely to cagey and dissembling about his law practice and legal skill. At first, I chalked it up to humility (lol). It became more apparent when he started to interact with other attorneys even before Lawtube that he had very little expertise.

My particular point of departure was when Nick got a bunch of basic legal things wrong that he should have known and then attorney Mark Zaid raided his chat. Nick's reaction to the raid was to get really drunk and whine. I think this was 2018 (maybe) but it could have been 2019.

After that stream I knew that he was completely misrepresenting his legal experience AND he was the type of guy who would run for the bottle if he experienced a setback. I couldn't take him seriously after that. I just thought he was a streamer grifting and talking beyond his knowledge.

But I never thought he would fall all the way to becoming a poly coke-head and fall into ruin together with his wife.

Imagine hating on people who liked and respected you. Idubbbs did the same thing and look at how that turned out for him.
One of the big reasons I quit liking Nick even before the drinking was during Johnny Depp streams when he would introduce all these people and if they split off and someone asked he would just be like "fuck those guys I don't care what they're doing they don't matter" and would go off on about them being idiots. You don't throw your friends under the bus and he would throw anybody under the bus at the drop of a hat.

Or realizing your life is half over and you've made no mark on the world.
I think the feeling or belief one should leave a “mark on this world” is misguided and leads many to misery. It’s up to future generations to determine such things.

Stalin and Hitler left their mark on this world but we’re miserable people.
Meanwhile, most of what we know about daily life in medieval London is thanks to an average, but literate, man named Samuel Pepys who happened to keep a daily diary that managed to survive. Dude left a bigger mark on history than countless political leaders because he just showed up and took notes. Sullivan Ballou was just a 32 year old major in the union army. He wrote a beautiful letter to his wife before battle and as a result is forever known by millions for the most famous love letter ever written.

Just show up and do good work. You aren’t Alexander the Great and don’t need to be. Others will sort out if one left a mark or not after they are dead. No need to worry about it when you have a life to enjoy, people to care for and shit to do.
I feel like it's worth pointing out that the city does not have to offer a plea deal to him at all. To be totally honest, with the way he shits all over their town, community, and legal system I would even say it would be doing themselves a favor to not offer one, especially considering the massive amount of incontrovertible evidence they seem to have. His best and only option is to somehow "technically" get away with it based on the search being unconstitutional....but the guy got ratted on by like 4 or 5 people, they FOUND what they were looking for based on their search, AND he livestreamed himself multiple times doing exactly what they thought he was doing publicly. Nick needs to pray for a plea deal but honestly I would only be inclined to offer one if I thought I, the prosecutor, did not have a strong case....but they DO have a strong case.
Cases like this don’t go to trial. Trials are expensive and no DA wants to waste his limited budget on a Mickey Mouse druggie parent case when there’s not any murder or horrifying abuse.

I’m not sure why people keep talking about getting Aaron to testify and other shit like this is some big murder case.

The only way something this insignificant goes to trial is if Nick truly wants to prove he is the most obstinate, retarded asshole in Minn., so I guess there’s a chance.

If Nick doesn’t want to go fullretard I predict he pleads out, slap on wrist and he moves out of Minnesota with April leaving Kayla and the kids behind for his new exciting life. The trust fund lawyer goes to Vegas.
This kid (yes, kid) supposedly has a lot of money at his disposal, yet cannot even take the slightest amount of pride in living in a clean space. What is wrong with him?
You answered your own question, he’s a rich kid. If everything is handed to you it’s meaningless. Ever remember in high school the kids driving trashed BMWs that they got for their 16th birthday, they let you smoke and eat in it. Usually wrecked it within a few months. The kid who worked at Hardee’s and bought a used 2006 Kia Sophia washed and vacuumed it twice a week.
Aaron is basically pulling a Lous Slottin and prying at a demon core(plutonium sphere) with a screwdriver.

I have his medical records. Years ago the Los Almos archives were very helpful to my teenage self with a morbid fascination on high radiation exposure incidents. Just weird to see Louis mentioned. Tragic mind to lose. (He okayed the study and release of his demise to try and help others. He was also buried in a lead lined casket to be safe. )
Frankly, I think Nick abandoning the daytime audience (when he would've been able to livestream trials) and having a solely night time streaming schedule was probably one of his biggest mistakes. The fact that he was starting pretty damn late at 11pm-ish or so and then going on for three to four hours couldn't have been good for his health and no doubt really fucked with his sleeping schedule, plus I think the late shows are what really enabled his substance abuse. Hell, he might have even started off on cocaine with the thought that "If I take this stuff, I can keep up my energy for the late night streams!"
Nick wanted to stay up all night. He hated trial streams because it requires daytime hours. Nick preferred being up all night with no wife and kids to deal with. He seemed to think he could stay up all night drinking, doing blow, at sunrise when the kids get up for school he does a few more rails, hopes in the navigator does the excruciating driving he never shuts up about and then gets home around 8 or 9 am to go to bed.

He wanted the NEET druggie streamer lifestyle schedule, not the suburban dad of five schedule.
Got me thinking, wonder if Nick has that with Kayla and that's why all the swinging shit happened. There's no convincing me *otherwise* the swinging was Nick's idea and Kayla went along with it to make him happy. Just my hunch on how it started. But thought about that sex fetish. Could be something. Remember: April can't have kids. Winner winner chicken dinner for Nick!
I have a pretty solid theory for Nick and Kayla.

I think when they met, and for many years after, Nick felt lucky to have Kayla. Kayla was a pretty, wholesome girl and she could have done better than the Uber geek Nick. The early photos prove this very well.

So for 10 or 15 years Nick felt he had married well. Kayla must have been very happy with the trust fund situation so she wasn’t going to complain about nerdy Nick being a hobby horse lawyer or awkward weirdo. The financial security was there regardless of what he did, but she played supportive wife no matter what he did because the money came in no matter what.

Kayla also provided Nick with the five kids he wanted to breed his way to winning control over the trust one day. Every apple cheeked child adds to his line having a controlling percentage of the trust. I think having lots of kids was a way of winning his parents approval too since it wasn’t coming via professional success or other adult achievements.

Then Nick is nearing 40 and suddenly he gets e-famous as a YT lawyer. Suddenly Nick looks at his 40 year old wife and looks at OF models, the chicks at the anime conventions and suddenly instead of feeling lucky, or thankful or satisfied Nick can only think how much better he could do now thanks to his e-fame. He can finally bang lots of chicks instead of be happy with one he met twenty years before he was LawPope.

Yet, he still has a sense of guilt (and greed). Kayla loved him when skanks wouldn’t give him the time of day. He made a religious commitment to a woman that took that stuff seriously. But now he just wants to have sex with lots of women that aren’t Kayla and there are willing women to do it. It’s not just porn watching, there are actual women willing to fuck him, for clout, for cash or coke and he’s got all three!

Nick might be into cucking, but I think a big part of getting Kayla to fuck other guys was to relieve him of the burden, other men finding her attractive is important to him, it makes her hands as dirty as his (you do it too!) and hopefully make her emotionally attach to another man so he has less of her to deal with. Probably enjoys degrading her and himself in some fetishized way too.

Nick wanted relieved of his duties as a husband, but without having to pay for a divorce. Maybe at one point he thought he could push it so far Kayla would divorce him she was dedicated to following him down the hole. If she sticks by him after all this BS she’s a lost cause but I don’t even know if that’s possible. I’m pretty sure April will force Nick to choose, just not sure how long till it becomes an ultimatum.

I was talking about coffee. Don’t play Rekieta word games because you can drink energy drinks like every half-Asian Mormon.
Mormons aren't allowed to drink coffee?
Huh. I never knew that.
Where he could have been as professional as possible, put on a suit, maybe change his background to reflect that instead he decided to ask about and explain what a Futanari was to his very uncomfortable guest. Rittenhouse isn't just some guy, he's a guy with handlers connected to the mainstream media. If they were ever considering having him on some Fox News panel in the afternoon to try Nick out on the boomers they sure as fuck weren't after that. Probably the still biggest door slammed in his face imo.
Yeah that Rittenhouse interview was a fucking disgrace and I don't think Nick even realized what an embarassment he made of himself.
If he ever did have a chance at moving over to mainstream that was certainly the end of that.
At the time I couldn't believe he could be so stupid. He didn't do any prep for it, he didn't even have a list of questions, and he just made a drunken asshole of himself in what was his biggest interview of his "career." I think thats when I truly started to feel nothing but contempt for Balldo.
Drexel was 'on the way' to stage an intervention.
Of course.
I can verify. I'm working on a summary of Nina's stream and I believe she is the fourth creator to claim she organized an intervention. I welcome all of them to provide receipts because I have serious doubts.
Same. Its easy to claim that shit after its blown up in his face and he's already facing charges.
Fact is his "friends" chucklefucked and cheered him on for months and did nothing when it was clear their "friend" was spiraling and destroying himself, his family, and his reputation.
If not for him they should have done something for the sake of his kids.
Easy to claim after the fact they were "just about" to intervene.

Fuck them.
These Balldowashing niggers sat and did nothing and I don't believe they were "just about" to hold an Intervention one bit.

I'll never understand why people use the same handle for their normie and degenerate social media accounts.

Wait which one is the Farms
It’s AUTISTIC research mister turkey Tom.

It’s a video I could send to my mom because she’s kinda into the rackets downfall but I don’t dare make her come here lol.

Ah come on. I’m sure Mrs. Goatchoker is a lovely woman. We’d love to meet her.

If you want to poke around in a rabbit hole of Internet pseudolaw insanity check out this fella Dave Jose. He’d absolutely have a thread here if he were high-profile enough for people to notice him. Basically a sovereign citizen but if you call him that he wigs out. One of his followers ran for office in CO and is currently getting anally-violated in the courts and a different one got in a low-key armed standoff with deputies. I really want him to send Rackets some legal advice.

I think thats when I truly started to feel nothing but contempt for Balldo.
If you think you felt contempt for him, imagine the contempt the person that talked with Rittenhouse and signed off on that interview had for him. It took them something like half a year to tell Rekieta that Kyle would come on his show and I bet that there were people in that camp against it. This is all speculation but I bet there's someone that stuck his neck out to get Kyle on there and got royally fucked over.
