I'm pretty late in this and it's been done to death, but after watching the locals stream I'm just amazed at just how bad his balding has gotten (even over the past month / since the last stream.)
Here is Nick while he was generally healthy;

His hairline is full, there isn't really any visible scalp (outside of his widow's peaks obviously but that is to be expected), and it has plenty of volume. Overall it's pretty typical (and in some ways actually much better) for the average man of his age.
Here's Nick from his local stream last night;

Even ignoring his weight loss and overall sickly demeanor, his hair is completely fucked. His hairline is starting to recede more, it's thinning to the point that his scalp is visible through his sidepart (I thought it was the light but no it's visible in multiple angles), and you can see telltale evidence of some pretty extreme thinning near his crown especially.
I know hairloss can be exacerbated pretty heavily by drug usage and stress but, how abnormal is it to get that bad this fast? I've never seen it progress like this outside of extreme malnutrition or cancer treatment.
