I think that's gonna be really dependent on how old they are. Any children who are 12 or older has a reasonable chance (imo) of having the capacity to be able to understand that things are better now and that this isn't their fault. I just looked it up and 25g of flour is 9 5/8 teaspoons of flour (and it said 25g of sugar is actually 6 teaspoons). It still doesn't seem that huge. Not trying to play it down, it's just that I would have thought for dealing (as they could theoretically charge him for dealing if they find any further evidence, right?) I would expect someone to have at least a sort of crisp packet (chip packet for you Americans) size bag full of cocaine. Other than if they're literally caught in the act selling drugs to someone even if it's a small amount. Also, 9 or 10 teaspoons of cocaine (if it weighs the same as flour) doesn't seem like it would last tha long. It took some digging, but cocaine's density is 1.22 g/mL
Sucrose (sugar) is about 1.59, meaning sugar is about 30% denser.
So 26g of coke will look like ~6.5 teaspoons of sugar in terms of volume.
