Miley does not have the hairline to pull that off. It makes her forehead look weird and angular. The pic on the left looks better. Her face is too gaunt and her features are too prominent. The facial expression with the hair and the exaggerated facial features make her look like she belongs in a Netflix live-action anime remake.

I don't know why she felt the need to fuck with her eyes. She used to have almost hooded lids like her sister. It's a drastic change for no reason and now she looks like a washed up Miley Cyrus impersonator rather than herself.

If my doctor posted pictures of me anaesthetised to his SM to shill for business I'd be demanding to see his camera roll to know what other pictures he took of me when I was unconscious and vulnerable. Bet he's got a 'private collection' on a hard drive somewhere (:_(

I'd love to see the consent forms his patients sign. The legality of this seems dubious at best.
