Jim based that on it having supposedly been invented by a furry. Its potentially true. But I'm not sure that they ever advertised it that way so to me its uncertain. I also didn't see anyone talking about it that way. Like all things Balldo, it really would not work for that purpose. It doesn't really simulate it because you be in a position that its completely unnatural and trying to shove balls in isn't really going to accomplish anything like knotting.

It kind of works as a ball-mounted strap-on and it kind of works I guess as a device who are into crushing and smashing their balls into things. But it could also just be a "gag" gift that is supposed to be so outragous that its funny but that no sane person would ever even try to use.
