Not quite. Ralph said he was going to cum on Jim's grave.
After what happened with Riley, I'm starting to think that Ralph wasn't lying when he said "NICK REKAYDUH SAID AHH COULD"
I went back and forth on that in my head for a while, but have settled on the idea that Nick probably did tell Ralph it's okay to do it. It fits with what he's said about July's ancestor's grave.

It really is amazing these brain damaged retards think Nick in a position to help anyone. God, I hope this lifts dear feeder's spirits, it's certainly lifted mine.

For those looking, the quote DumDum refers to is in the Elissa Clips video at ~6:25, right after Mint handed Riley's wallet to a cop.

Mint: <talking to cop> "I can't hear it".
Cop: "He said end the stream and call... Vic?
Mint: "OK, I know what he means by that..."
Cop: "...Nick? OK, have a good night."
Mint: <proceeds to walk away and low-IQ rant for several minutes>

To me, it sounds like "Nick" both times.

Sweet Jesus. Lol. :story:

He's probably thinking "Nick's a lawyer and he said I could do this." Bad move Riley.

20k is absurd. Either he's majorly getting ripped off or he's really that much of a hog, this would count out to a more than a 15g a day habit with current prices. I know big time coke heads and even they sit at the 3.500 - 4000€/month mark. What the fuck was Rackets doing?! To think there were kids at the house...
15g a day is pretty intense... but to be fair he was splitting it 3 ways most days, and he was probably giving out a lot to try and buy peoples friendship and admiration (at the gay bars, whorehouses and swinger parties).

My bad didn't realize that wasn't caught or would have linked. I'm just used to being late n ghey with this thread these days. :story:

It hardly matters though. Nick was basically like "yeah, sure whatever, it's not illegal" to the concept of people pissing and cooming on people's graves.

This is exactly the kind of thing that always made me doubt Rekieta's claims to be a lawyer. The sensible Attorney Tom answer to a question like this is almost always 'It depends.' A moron like Nick thinks that if there isn't an explicit law banning urination on graves, you can freely amble down to the nearest graveyard and film yourself pissing on the headstones of people's nearest and dearest.

But even if you get acquitted, as Rekieta himself is currently learning, the process is the punishment. They arrest you for breach of the peace or some other catchall law. You're dragged down the police station and humiliated. You're spending 24-48 hours eating boloney sandwiches. You've got to stump up for a bail bond. Then you've got to pay for a lawyer. That's all aside from the stress you go through awaiting trial.

So while the obvious legal answer 'it depends', the only sensible answer is 'don't be a fucking moron.' Yet this half wit insists on telling his mentally subnormal viewers that it's perfectly fine. Go ahead. Piss wherever you like. No ills will befall you.

Never take legal advice from a YouTube lawyer.

OK admit it. Who did the Barnes meme?

So, what's the current belief among most people here:

1. Rekieta used to be at least somewhat decent, but made stupid decisions
2. Rekieta has always been an entitled, manipulative asshole
3. Other (please elaborate)
I would say a combo of 1 & 2 - Nick used to be somewhat decent, but hid the fact that he was always an entitled, manipulative asshole very well. He most definitely made stupid decisions, specifically thinking people tuned into his show for him alone - without a panel or trial going, he is a coomer creep with terrible comedic timing and nothing to say, since he is a phony. Trial streams made him and not doing them ruined his show.

A mix of 1 and 2. Nick is a manipulative narcissicist, but he was better at hiding those traits. Perhaps he even understood that acting like a manipulative narcissist was a bad thing. Then he got famous and gained access to everything he secretly wanted like perverted sex. That would've still been okay since he could maintain plausible deniability, but then he began his descent into alcoholism and junkiedom and fried his brain. His attempts to bring out the charismatic charm that narcissists thus began to fail, because a brokebrain drunk junkie has no charm. The mask started slipping, and we all saw the real Nick Rekieta.

Nick's most recent stream is a great example of what I mean. He tries to act cool and reasonable and convince everyone that he's still himself and nothing bad will happen. His actual words and demeanor is scrambled and comes across as totally fake to anyone who isn't the 60 IQ cultists on Locals who worship Nick and are probably also alcoholics and addicts..
Drexel and Nick have been friends for a long time, so any "corruption" happened well before Nick started streaming. His continued, public, friendship with Drexel was one of the first flags that there might be more than meets the eye to the "trad dad".
Nick and Drexel barely stayed in contact after college, and the renewal of their friendship was because Nick needed to show he wasn't racist when Maddox posted the Blackface Lawyer picture. I maintain that Drexel is part of the reason for Nick's decline, since hearing Drex's dumb porn-tier stories of fucking bitches every night while Nick was stuck with his wife and her worn out body helped bring out all of Nick's worst desires.

Calling Vic would be the smart move, since Vic would suggest to stay away from Nick Rekieta and any lawyer he recommends. But I can believe a fat retard like Riley would call Non-Practicing Nick for legal advice. I hope he makes a million phone calls to Ty Beard.

Nick's Shining Legal Career
  • Get's the mega-embezzler the maximum penalty then tard rages out in the elevator at the judge. CONVICTED
  • Vic Mignonga is forced to pay more than $300k in penalty for his frivolous lawsuit that Nick masterminded. JUDGEMENT AGAINST
  • No-shows at his crackwhore's speeding ticket, fails to follow up. CONVICTED
  • Pedophile slander, doubling down eternally. APPEAL DENIED
  • Ignored his own speeding/unlicensed, etc. charges. CONVICTED
  • Being a drug addicted, alcoholic, child abusing junkie. ARRESTED, CHILDREN TAKEN AWAY, CONVICTION PENDING
  • Legally advizes Riley to harass, vandalize, trespass at night in Texas, grave desecrate, and stalk Eric July. ARRESTED, NON-PRACTICING.
What does the future hold? A High-speed chase? Prostitution charges? Family annihilation?

TBH it may have already been mentioned and I missed it in my "next highlight" haste. As you say, things move pretty fast these days, lol. Your mention of the Nick quote was the first example I saw, so I figured I'd add the isolated video snippet in any case.
I listened as intently as I could, and it sounds like an N sound.

I agree Dick would also make sense though.
You may be right that it's Nick in both cases, it's a little hard to hear. However, I just don't get Dick out of the audio, and wouldn't they be on real name terms with Dax? Especially given Riley's Renfield position to Dick's cow-costumed Mexican Nosferatu?

There is never a way to 100 percent get rid of anything. The fact that some do it regardless of social and legal pressure does not mean it doesn't work on the whole.
The sheer amount of those hidden bars doesn't lend itself to the idea's that it's just a few people doing it. And that's just the hidden bars who knows how many make it themselves. Granted i don't know what you mean by "some" so there maybe some disagreement there but due to its prevalence throughout human history i think it'd have about as much succes as prohibition did for the Americans. That's leaving out the so called zealous Muslims in the west who pick and choose aspects of the faith to soothe their desires. I just don't believe Religion is the end all be all of solutions although it would have been nice if it was.

The biggest mistake he ever made with his show was during Depp when he basically said in stream multiple times that his audience was there for him and the others could go do their own thing and he didn't care. It was a mistake because people liked the panels themselves and not Nick and he was to egotistic to realize it. Rittenhouse was when people liked him the most and that was because he was giving good takes on things for the most part.

Not "some troll." Riley. Dick's gimp. Nick's friend.

Nick defended Riley's stalking of July at his place of business, and said Riley was a gudboi who dindu nothing. Was part of a six hour rant Nick had towards July.

It should be in the OP.

I am working to add it into the OP. I glossed it, but now that the OP is over 2 posts, I need to get my timeline straight to insert it.

I went back and forth on that in my head for a while, but have settled on the idea that Nick probably did tell Ralph it's okay to do it. It fits with what he's said about July's ancestor's grave.

I think it was something like. 'There is an argument that technically this is not "desecration of a grave" because... [some obscure and pedantic legal point]'... Nick gave a stupid answer, and Ralph interpreted it in the most retarded way possible...

To me it sounds like Dick, Probably wants Dick Masterson to pay for his bail.

Nick is a better call. We know Dick doesn't pay (cf. Asterios). At least Nick might know a 'real practicing' lawyer.

Ignored his own speeding/unlicensed, etc. charges. CONVICTED
Has anyone FOIA-ed his speeding tickets? Perhaps that's why Null raised twice the sum the county quoted for the arrests? If so, there is not enough popcorn. I need to stock up.

Edit to add: April's speeding ticket too.

I might reframe the question if I may be so bold.

What do Nick's detractors want? (I can't believe I'm quoting Camelot, but sometimes the dumbest people ask the smartest questions.) From mild to severe:
  • Accountability and apology?
  • Shame?
  • Rehab?
  • Cancellation?
  • Prison?
  • Suicide? Given the number of "Kill Yourself" posts on this thread since 5/23 that's clearly in the mix.
As for me, a newcomer, I think accountability and rehab are essential. I also choose option #1 in your post. I am a softie and believe strongly in redemption. Nick was uniquely charismatic, engaging, sometimes intelligent, and entertaining. He is also a selfish junkie and probably a malignant narcissist. Many things can be true, and all that.

Nick always used the same pilpul tactics when he wanted to hide something about himself. It was only noticeable early on when he talked about his trust fund and how he's not a trust fund baby (defined as someone who had a trust fund since they were a baby). So he was manipulative from the start, at least about some things.

I think he completely changed his viewpoints about drug use and public degeneracy somewhere around the Depp trial. I don't think Nick used any drugs before the Hedonism trip, but when he tried mushrooms there (and whatever he's not telling about) he really liked them and it broke his mind. @Not Who You Think wrote a great summary of it last year
Chocolate Mushrooms at Hedonism II: INHIBITION COOM-SPLOSION!

I'll spoiler a few clips here of Nick's takes from the past. Everyone can decide for themselves if Nick was genuine or disingenuous.
Watching these clips always makes me think that this is a completely different person than Nick today, but his manipulative ways were always there in the backround, so it must be the same person.

What do Nick's detractors want?
Nothing Nick can do will redeem him. Even if he completely changed back to what he was, I couldn't stand to listen to him. I would never trust him on any topic. There was a time to pull up, but when the plane has crashed, there is nothing to do.
