As for the archive, I don't know, but it's from a few years ago and made by the company Pippa works for not by Pippa herself. Back then she and other talents were in open revolt against the company and for all anyone knows that may have been one of the reasons, the lewd art on items.

I don't mean to be the "muh proportions" art fag but it's literally designed to prey on the same neuroaesthetics that make cats and babies cute. This is not debatable. This is literally historical reality whose theories predate the field that would later be coined as neuroaesthetics and anime artstyle is all but listed in the introduction to it.
These two anime were made 20 years apart.
After a year and a half of figure drawing there is no "this is a child" fagging when it comes to stylized art the moment they fuck with the head proportions. There is only pre and post pubescents. You can criticize people for wanking to anime characters for having so called "neonatal" features just fine but that applies to ALL anime characters that aren't like, heavily stylized 80s characters, but that just makes Pippa par for the course and applies to the entire field condition.
These characters are not real, not in the "it's just pixel bros" sense, but the "markers we use to differentiate between ages do not exist" sense. Therefor arguing about it is retarded. Unless it's a 3 foot tall "short" character or has like, a potbelly with protruding ribs, or a demonstrably different than it's peers, they can be anywhere from 14 to 40. If an artist was good enough to capture the subtle difference between a 20 and a 25 year old in a simple, stylized, universally accepted format they would not be drawing pornography.
