I do not believe that it would be that easy, as the locations of the President is not disclosed unless it's a secured environment. It would be easy to snipe him when he does a photo op in a pharmacy, but that assumes that you know about the photo op in time and avoid the sweep. Transportation is secure with armored cars with bulletproof glass, and any public event with have visitors screened and hidden snipers monitoring for danger. Any scenario would require both a large lapse in security and at least two weeks of advanced knowledge of in order to prepare for, and that is very, very rare. As it is the Secret Service may be the only US department that is free of destructive DEI nonsense, as it is invisible enough to not need to make statements and critical enough that nobody will fuck with it. It's probably the only aspect of the government that can be considered competent.
