It's wild to see the courts bend over backwards for a guy who literally wrote a book about trying to sue Taylor Swift into dating him. And by wild I mean horrifying.
I think it’s malicious. They know Greer has sued multiple entities over frivolous bullshit. They know he’s a vexatious litigant.

But Josh Moon is the blackest gorilla nigger on the Internet and thus the Bill of Rights and the benefits of existing case law don’t apply to him. Every prediction in this thread has been based on existing case law but that assumes the system will treat Null like a normal person with human rights.

Null isn’t even the first person the system will contort itself into a pretzel to screw over. Hopefully it doesn’t get as bad as the injustice that happened to Alex Jones but I wouldn’t write off the court cooking up some BS to allow Greer to win and extract a Mignogna-tier judgment from Null.

Hopefully this scenario is unlikely because Null is 100% going to go full killdozer if it happens.

What I find interesting is that despite Florida already having sent out the files 15 min after the order was issued, Utah still hasn't received them.
utah court be like, "nope, sorry, when we wrote 'date terminated: april 23, 2024', we meant terminated!"

edited to point out that the utah case was terminated. when the matter was transferred to florida, it was assigned a different case number. the florida judge has ordered the clerk to "transfer this case back to the district of utah":

but this case did not originate in utah; it originated in florida, so there's no "back" to which to send it:

At some point this case will have no jurisdiction, and at that point Honorable Judge Clarence Thomas will descend from negro heaven and give greer and der feeder their final challenge to decide who wins: guitar hero battle to the tune of "so need a cute girl".

That or its gonna be volleyballed by every jurisdiction in all 50 states and Null will neck himself :story:

At some point this case will have no jurisdiction
according to utah, "this case" was terminated april 24th, 2024.
and according to florida, "this case" was terminated june 11th, 2024.

"this case" now exists solely in the nightmares of null and mr. hardin, in the imaginations of farmers, and in the fantasies of one vexatious, drooling asshole. goddamnit.

At this point, that seems like the best play. Just keep an eye out for any motions. Literally ignore any that are non-prosecutorial, tacitly acquiesce to any administrative/procedural ones. After a year of nothing, file another MTD for lack of prosecution, repeat ad nauseum.

This is assuming, of course, that a court, any court, admits to taking the case.

At this point did the Federal Justice System simply cuck Russ, looking at it optimistically? I'd imagine Null could simply ignore it, since if no court wants to touch it, they're not going to be awarding Russell anything?
It seems like he could have ignored it since they filed to move it to Florida. No one will rule on anything, and Greer won't progress the case. I imagine that the court can't proceed until Russel sets up the scheduling, and he seems unwilling. I'm curious as to what would have happened had Hardin just, never told Florida that Utah had actually transferred the case. I don't understand why Hardin was responsible for that in the first place, seems like it should have been up to Greer.

Reminder that the Florida court ALMOST set up a scheduling hearing (which signals they initially accepted the transfer), but canceled it when they found out they fucked up by publicly announcing the password for joining the Zoom hearing (so trolls would have a field day), used the "still motions pending in Utah" excuse to cancel it, and now finally pulled this shit.

goddamnit ... a third case number.

at least we won't have to wait for greer to mail his filings to the utah court, though i'll laugh if the florida court continues to receive filings from him that didn't arrive before the transfer, or that he files in opposition to the transfer.
