You probably shed a tear when those commercials came on the radio about how patriotic it is to get your vaxx. Nothing is more patriotic than fighting to defend the Chinaman's freedom to #MeToo each other and troon out their children.

I can understand that logic. Were this country actually ran by Americans for Americans and actually treated everyone equally, a draft would be a wonderful thing. Instead it was used by globalists to commit their crimes like in Vietnam, and it will continue to be used for that purpose.

The biggest issue with a draft is that it's extremely good at sweeping up the Chris-Chans of the your country. I had a teacher who was an service academy grad who once described Vietnam era draftees as martially useless. His description of their training: "Here's a rifle, point it like this and kill a gook for Christ."

Bruh, we import and use so many crucial things from China. There's no way a full on war is going to happen and blind hatred to the Chinese is really dumb. While it's true their govt has done lots of questionable things in the past - like any major industrial nation in the past - the rah rah muh fight communism is so old and not even true. China is a manufacturing juggernaut in many industries like shipbuilding and semiconductors. China currently leads the world in commercial drone tech thanks to DJI/Potensic among other niches they have carved out. Painting them like some boogeyman in our complicated, heavily connected industrial world ain't it chief

Have you not paid attention to the last 8 years? Companies are moving out. We are building multiple chip plants in the US. We will manage without China. China will not manage without us. They literally import food. We can starve them out. They hit Guam and Taiwan, they will get what's coming in the form of landing ships.

If that happens, it will take a long time. Currently, many crucial goods are made there. Wake me up when I see body parts for a Chevy Corvette actually made in the US. Right now, our two industries are tenuously but tightly linked.

I'm saying it's not a change in anything other than automating a process that used to be manual, and updating it to be consistent with a court ruling that a male-only draft is unconstitutional. It's not an ominous prelude to being drafted to fight in Ukraine.

In the unlikely event a draft triggering event happens, the economy will be bad enough that plenty zoomers will have already signed up. It would have to be a WW3 scenario involving China and/or a massive coalition of states opposing the US/NATO, the world economy would be wrecked in the leadup to going hot. If the feds made enough promises people would jump at the chance and they could always entice illegals and foreigners with citizenship.
