For sous vide, 30 minutes per half inch up to 2 inches to cook, greater than 2 inches it gets kinda funky dimensionality, so you just go off weight.

This matter was discussed back in late May 2020 as part of an analysis to show if @George Cuckzunian and Discord user BenGarrisonDidNothingWrong are the same person (post). As far as if Marie and HulaGirl86 are the same person this much was said.

This hasn't been proven by any credible source and no evidence was to provided to establish it. It's a rumor that has largely been perpetuated by Jesse Powell-Stroud, a known A-Log who has assisted Maddox in gay ops including calling Asterios' former employer trying to get him fired.

It's so easy it feels like cheating.

The membrane is raw and the fat is completely white - rendered fat is translucent. There is no way this steak was cooked for 4-5 hours in a proper temp.

I did the Ziploc method. Once. Don't. It sucks.

Sous vide is pretty easy to crust.

You just throw it on a screamingly hot cast iron pan for maybe a minute a side, like you were making a blue steak but since it's internally at temp you don't have to worry about it being raw in the middle.
