Has the money already been sent to the PD, or the responsible party for providing the footage to the buyer? If it has, then I would think that the footage would be guaranteed to be coming to the buyer eventually. If the money is still waiting for the PD to accept it in exchange for the prepared footage, then I could see them continuing to kick the can.

It’s why lazy American “artists” like Kehinde Wiley contract out actual painting to Chinese artists. Buying a painting of a Hollywood celebrity or movie character for a lot of money is about the most retarded purchase imageable. Nick said he paid $80k for it and told TUG about the other pieces Bill Mack has made, specifically a Muhammad Ali painting with a pair of his used training gloves. Regarding the price he said it’s not something just anyone could afford but since he was doing so well he wanted to treat himself. The painting hasn’t been seen since that stream until recently.
