He's going to plead the 5th. This is a case where I don't see his testimony helping. He needs a lawyer to get the warrant thrown out or a lawyer to show the government hasn't proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt. If he gets on the stand I don't see how he doesn't fuck himself.
