I regret to inform you all that in a stroke of genius, Nicholas Rekieta got convicted of ANOTHER four traffic violations today
View attachment 6096381
He failed to appear and contest it, and also got issued two more fines for not paying the original one. Case number 73-VB-24-3399. This appears in the same county as the last conviction but in other county than the rest
I think it's time for us to admit that Nick is going full Sov Cit, I think it's going to be a while before he admits it, but come on, when there's smoke, there's fire.

Yeah, I'm still salty at Andrew over that bullshit. He in no way got the Farms to do anything. The Farms was putting in hard work for many months before that fucktard finally realized Nick is fucked and then decided to falsely take credit for the Farms doing anything. It's not our goddamned job to prove the warrant isn't unconstitutional. Like... WTF?

Fuck off.

But Null seems content to accept Andrew's help in providing an affidavit in support of the Omnibus hearing being recorded/livestreamed, so whatever.

"Greater good," I guess.
Legal Mindset, Legal dicksucker is more like it.

The way the narratives have been worded isn't clear to me, but I see how it can be read this way.

Edit:
I was thinking about this more, and his insurance is likely on auto-pay....

I was mistaken. I believe he may have had an earlier offense for driving without proof of insurance, but it seems like the latest one is for having actual expired insurance. I wouldn't have thought he would have done that, but apparently he did.

He really did seem to reach a coked-out point where he saw himself as a living god above all laws that apply to mere mortals.

How the hell is Nick pulled over seemingly every other week but the cops never think to check him for DUI/drugs? You'd think if you're always pulling over a red Mustang with license plate LAWPOPE (nice cop magnet, stupid) you might just wanna check this guy for booze even if it's noon.
That would require cops to be smart. And would have likely put an end to all of this without damaging Nick nearly as bad so was never going to happen.

>Feels the urge to just George Floyd him

God, I hope so. Many many MANY months ago I made a joke about the cops smashing his window and dragging him out of the car.

It was just a shitpost based on his extreme arrogance. Now I'm starting to think there's a pretty decent chance it's not just a shitpost anymore.

That's generally true for your monthly premiums, but at the end of twelve months when they decide how much your insurance is going to cost for the next year, that generally requires some kind of human intervention I think.

Most people will shop around at that point to see how what they're current insurer is asking compares with the rest of the market. Perhaps it's possible to do nothing at all and just keep paying the increased rates, but I'm pretty sure I've always needed a new contract after 12 months.

As of April 6 the Mustang was uninsured, and as of March 29 he couldn't provide proof of insurance of the Navigator.

When he was in the Navigator, he offered to show an insurance card for a different vehicle (presumably the Mustang unless they have a third car?). A week later when he was in the Mustang the insurance was expired anyway

You can't know that. The card he had showed a past end-date. I get a new card every 6 months. If I don't download, print, and put it in my car, I'd have a card that showed expired as well, even if I was actually current. However, I can get to the current proof of insurance online or via app. Either he's an idiot and didn't think of that (either time), or his insurance company doesn't offer that (WEIRD - mind has allowed you to view and print for well over a decade), or he actually the stupidest mfer on the planet and driving $100k vehicles recklessly fast with no insurance. Imagins the liability. GREAT JOB.

If you're auto-paying it's no big deal, with most big insurers. There's just a little note that it's a new contract.

If you're buying something unusual from a broker don't doubt it though.

Null Should reach out to Law and Crime they've been wanting to take a swing at Rekieta the first chance they got it. Help get the bodycam footage and stream the hearings..they have far more resources and connections than null does.
We have enough allies in this effort that we don't need to enlist the aid of copyright flaggots.

At 95 miles an hour. He's a menace.

And htf do you not have insurance with you?* Cops will literally look at your proof of insurance card on your phone. Is he possibly actually not insured??

* especially after being ticketed for it so much.
I tried to look up to see if his insurance could drop him, and the answer is not for tickets, but…

I’ll let folks come up with their own theories, but this is from the government of Minnesota website.

Depending on your area, and how much the cop likes you, they might not even need you to present your proof of insurance card. At least in my area, one of the following are true, idk which:

1) the cops have the ability to verify your insurance on their side.

2) they just trust you to have it

One of the above would only apply if they really like you, and want to cut you some slack. There was one time I was pulled over, and because my insurance just renewed, it had to pull it up on my phone, but was having some technical difficulty. I told the officer I was trying to pull it up as quickly as I could, and he said not to worry about it, and he can just look on his end. Got let off with a warning.

So it's also possible Nick is such a piece of shit to every authority figure that they didn't want to extend such a courtesy.

I remember the first time he showed that painting to That Umbrella Guy. He was bragging about going to the Bill Mack art show with Kayla. Nick said he paid $70k for it and told TUG about the other pieces Bill Mack has made, specifically a Muhammad Ali painting with a pair of his used training gloves. Regarding the price he said it’s not something just anyone could afford but since he was doing so well he wanted to treat himself. The painting hasn’t been seen since that stream until recently. I wonder if he is making a point to use all of the things he wrote off as business expenses on his taxes, specifically the Rustang and that painting.
LMAO. He bought Thomas Kincaide level art. Bill Mack is a basically a factory that employs a bunch of contractor artists to produce art under his brand name. He lists about a dozen “Bill Mack Gallery TM” by name on his website.

It’s hilarious to see what “Mack’s art” sells for when it ends up in auctions, most pass but if they sell it’s for peanuts.

One of his big gimmicks is he claims to have some old pieces from the Hollywood sign that he incorporates “into his art” but that seems to be for his tacky ass relief sculptures. I don’t know how he’s inserted “Hollywood History TM” into that Joker poster but maybe Nick could regale us with that info. I’m sure it was an important part of the sales pitch to explain its value and rarity. Lmao.

Mack has been using pieces of scrap metal to hawk his bad art for a long ass time. Reminds me of how the Catholic Church would use a few particles of holy relics to consecrate altars. Balldo’s Joker poster has been consecrated by a piece of the holy Hollywood sign! It might be as cursed as Sonichu.

Nick is the fucking guy who would spend $50k on art from cruise ship gallery. What a schmuck. He was right to be embarrassed and keep that joker shit hidden. He paid five figures for bad factory art blessed by one certified ounce of the scrap steel from the Hollywood sign. Goddamn.

Piece of advice to any KF who have ever considered buying art. If it comes with a “certificate of authenticity” run the other way as fast as you can. If you are paying five figures or more for art it better have fucking provenance, not a “certificate of authenticity”. No doubt Nick’s painting came with some very finely printed certificate of authenticity, on heavy paper and gold foil, personally signed by the great “Bill Mack TM” himself.

It's great he "changed his mind." Some people also change their minds after defending the most horrible and evil of people only after there's clearly no way for them to spin it anymore.

It’s also the slimy way in which he’s gone about everything. He fully expects that giving the farms a pat on the head, a wink, and a nice little shoutout is going to do the trick.

After all, it’s worked for him all this time. Even Kino Casino who was pressing Sean’s ass the day before just automatically accepted that Andrew was good faith and flopped over after he waltzed in with his fake charm.

Mindset never once showed any humility or a tiny mea culpa for balldo guarding all this time, maintaining his tight association with Drexel, his skeezy sex tourism business, the loyalty tests he ran for Nick against Legal Bytes and others, wearing the balldo himself for Nick, and a bunch of other stuff I’m probably leaving out.

But, he’s somewhat skilled in PR and he knows that his limited IQ fans will sweep for him, and now that Nick is enemy #1, people like him will successfully, at least partially, launder their image.

Note: @Sharpeteer I don’t even think he allowed himself to even go as far as admitting to changing his mind. He basically said that due to recent behavior he “began distancing” himself from Nick.

"Why didn't he get a DUI"
Lane weaving in this context is constantly and repeatedly changing lanes to pass drivers while speeding. It's just a generic violation.
You are 100% wrong.

If you read the citation, it says he was in the left lane drifting over the yellow line.

drift.png

These are the yellow lines being talked about. What's beyond yellow line is the FUCKING DITCH!

This has nothing to do with changing lanes.

yellowlines.jpg

It's really bizarre this time:
  1. Cited for weaving between lanes
  2. Refused to roll down window
  3. Said "You are absolutely bullshit lying fuck off" :story:
  4. 9:26pm on a Saturday night (April 6th)
How the fuck was he not cuffed and stuffed on the spot? There is more than enough probable cause there for the officer to suspect DUI of some flavor.
