I don't think the report is real, too many artifacts and smudges. It looks like a work permit out of Schindler's List

Looking at it, those smudges are almost at the same place on every page. What would cause that?

I am leaning towards this being fake just because of how extraordinary the leaking of a juvenile report is.

The pool of people having access to this filing cant be that big and why would any of those people take the risk of leaking it? It not like this is some TMZ level shit where someone could be trying to cash in.

Its going to be impossible to ever know if this was real or not. The way the person claimed to get the report (a public terminal) seems really suspicious. The real documents will never be made public.

The other thing that is really suspicious is that I can't see anything in any of those documents that isn't known public information. There is nothing unique in them to say that they could not have been constructed. The foster information in particular being missing is really suspicious because that is information that a fake couldn't get.

Amusing but should not be trusted IMO.

Timezone indicates a device in Central time so plausibly MN. But very late in the day. The device type is a standard large multi-function device such as you would find in a government office. But obviously both are trivial to fake.

Some minor stuff was gayopped during the beginning of the cokieta era so I'm hesitant to believe this latest bomb shell without more proof. And it sounds like we'll never get proof either way so it's kind of the perfect thing to fake.

However, I remember Nick complaining about how one of his kids was very clingy. It might have been this girl and if she's always in the drug den with mommy/daddy then it makes sense that should could get passively covered in nose snow.

i think it is fake. the fact that only one kid testing 5x over the limit, and none of the other children tested positive, is too suspicious.

I'm going to wait a few days for this to simmer. On one hand I don't want it to be downplayed if true, but on the other hand it could be some gayops.
I'm currently inclined to believe it's true, perhaps a local cop or someone in the local govt wanted to put word out there, as there isn't any bodycam footage out yet.

I have mixed feelings about the authenticity. Everyone who would have access to a document like this would also know that it is illegal to distribute it. Copying it in any way is extremely risky. Suppose the leaker took the document home to scan as a PDF using their home scanner, which also happens to be a shitty, outdated scanner. Maybe they used another shitty scanner at a library. That could explain the drops in quality. The scan is also dependent on the quality of the physical copy given to the leaker. Wrinkles from crumpled paper can show up in digital scans.

They look like fingerprint (or whatever) smudges on the scanner itself used to digitize the document. That's why they're in roughly the same spot every time.

If so I would hope they would be smart enough not to do anything to jeopardize the case against him. If someone wanted to fuck with him like this it would make more sense to do it after the results of the legal battle.

Like if he were to get out of charges because of warrant issues or some other loop, that would be the time to leak something like this.

Holding my reservation if only because I can't stand the thought of a 9 year old with that much coke in their system.

I also think the timing is interesting with Nick returning to streaming tonight. Someone could be trying to force his hand and make him talk on stream about everything.
