again, how does this evidence of child abuse get the possession charge thrown out? also, it's been posited in this thread that it's public record anyway–which would be like saying the arrest itself would taint the jury pool.

I wouldn't swear to it but my preliminary reading suggests that hair follicle deposition is not dependent on size of dose, only (or mainly perhaps?) frequency. The 1993 justice department inquiry into their efficacy found similar levels from patients dosed daily over a week, irrespective of the dose.

Also, any dose lasts the same amount of time in hair.

If it’s legit, then my guess is it’s a hard copy of the document that’s been scanned to pdf.

There's a mouse cursor on it. That wouldn't show up in a hard copy. My take is that it's either an original source, by which I mean someone who had the actual Word document, not the PDF. Or it's fake, and they had a Word document because it's fake.
