Dumb question but does the drug test differentiate between cocaine and ADHD/narcolepsy medication? I assume dexamphetamine just shows positive for amphetamines across the board?
I'm curious if that poor kid was given powder straight or prescription meds
If it were amphetamines they would still need a prescription for it to not be weird. Also I feel like most of the time any prescription, especially for a kid is going to be ritalin (methylphenidate) or vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine, which has to be metabolized into an active form I believe), I feel like dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) and Adderall IR probably you have to look around? I kinda stopped taking them havent been prescribed them for a while though, its a bit annoying to get back on especially with the 'shortages'.

Him admitting its real though is wild
It is a local aesthetic though.

I think accidental injection is the most likely explanation, but they could have used it as a substitute for over-the-counter pain meds.

Say the kid scrapes their knee tripping over in the crack den. And there's no lidocaine cream in the house. Instead of driving an hour to the drugstore, just use the medicine that you know is safe because you've been snorting it all night. Nick says it's fine, dentists used to use it.
From what I understand isnt shooting/slamming cocaine pretty extreme even for casual/consistent users? No way theyre fuckin around with needles.
He says it's sweet tea, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
Tack this on to his charges wtf.

It taints any potential jury pool, making a fair jury trail impossible. SCOTUS has been extremely clear that all defendants have a constitutional right to see all evidence against them and prepare a defense BEFORE IT IS PRESENTED IN COURT.
Is a child custody court order 'evidence' in itself for the purposes of his child endangerment trial? Its not like he didnt know about it since im pretty sure he would have been one of the first people to find out about it. I just dont see the tainted jury angle.

My guess is that Kayla was high as fuck after having given birth, so when she wrote down the name she just scribbled AUDREYROSE, instead of the intended, and less retarded: AUDREY, ROSE.
I've gone over the name thing before, but it's easy to miss in a forum like this:
On daughters' names in Kayla's family

Other examples from Kayla's Facebook friends:

Plus all of the Rekieta daughters.

I’ve heard of addicts dosing babies with drugs to pacify them. Opium and alcohol, laudanum, was given to babies in the early 19th century.
Many still give children a small sip of alcohol to fall asleep, it's a cultural thing not an addict thing. It is not uncommon in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. That is beside the point. Intentionally giving a small child filled with energy cocaine makes zero sense. Unless this was Nick's comical response to the national Adderall and Ritalin shortage, it had to be accidental consumption (assuming the test result were accurate and legitimate).

Nick was disgusted with Kayla’s “ruined” body and so Kayla was escaping reality with drugs and probably had a lot of resentment towards the kids for making Nick have to seek out homewreckers like April.
I don't see how you get that impression. Kayla has posted pics in her underwear before and she is proud of her body. Kayla and Nick were both bored perverts having a midlife crisis. The real homewrecker was Aaron, he was the one who opened his relationship and connected with the Rekietas.

What it means is that the Rekietas aren't getting out from under the child abuse/endangerment charges. That kid, barely 9, tested positive for cocaine at 10x the cutoff level. 500pg/mg of hair is the cutoff level. Anything below that is considered a negative result for the purposes of the test. 500-2000pg indicates "low use" or "recreational use". 2000-10000pg indicates "medium use" or "daily/weekends". It's a hair follicle test so it's not like the kid just got into the coke stash one time and got messed up from playing around. Someone was dosing her with the stuff.
Did they test that more tham once, a result that high means she was snorting that shit.
could be a false positive, maybe I’m just coping because even nick wouldn’t give his 9 year old daughter cocaine.

So the 9 year old daughter tested right in the middle of the "Medium use (daily/weekends)" range. What an absolute scum-fuck piece of shit.

What's the best case scenario for how this happened? Little 9 year old girl wants to be near her parents and so sneaks into parents bedroom habitually and habitually comes in contact with the coke dusting their bed? How does this amount in a child not absolutely get Nick dragged behind a pick-up?
I’m not sure if the kid is snorting, a 9 year old girl would probably die if she did that.
Possible because they never clean the house, residue got on her head.

Here is a related example, a dead to rights sicko murderer. Confidential evidence was leaked before his defense team had a chance to see it so he may now get a mistrial and have all charges thrown out.
Nick and his defense have already seen this weeks before the release. He was present at the hearing. Also, none of his current charges are affected by this. He may face new charges, I guess. His current charges are that children were present while he possessed drugs. All 5 kids were present and drug results on the children are not relevant to that charge.

The confidentiality of this record is to protect the kids, not Nick. The kids might have a civil case but Nick doesn't.

So this is Kayla, or April.

I’m thinking Kayla though.

Nick was disgusted with Kayla’s “ruined” body and so Kayla was escaping reality with drugs and probably had a lot of resentment towards the kids for making Nick have to seek out homewreckers like April.

Is what Nick wants Kayla to think, and I bet Kayla does.
The amount found on her hair isn't a simple 1 time thing or we drug her every 6 months because we feel like it, as already mentioned its mike tyson went on a bender for several days levels of concerning

Does this mean she ingested thr cocaine or it was just on her hair?
The headline says 'metabolites' implying the cocaine was metabolized already

Apparently hair follicle test can go back fairly far and the drug or byproduct make their way into the hair as it forms
