According to someone who did some digging several days ago, this is apparently a "theme" in either Nick's maternal side or Kayla's side of the family. There's a term for it, some kind of spacing? Only the women of the family have this name format.

There's nothing wrong with the name "Audrey Rose" (for example) if that's the first and middle name. Combining them and keeping both capital letters is retarded. I suppose it's an easy fix at a social security office though. I'm more shocked the kids don't all have "Tragedeigh" type names.

All you had to do was be a non practicing lawyer on stream, cover some crazy fuckin cases and live on easy street. All you have to do is sit in your shitty recording room or studio for a few hours a day, churn out youtube slop to your hundreds of thousands (sometimes millions) of followers and subscribers and rake in dough. What I don't understand is why did Nick say something to imply that the document was legit? He could have just played dumb to make it seem like it was fake. Balldo has been happy to say bullshit and act innocent so far.

He kind of has to say that if he’s going to complain to the court/police that the document was leaked. Otherwise he would have to say it was a fake. He also wants to avoid discussing the allegations so saying “this document was leaked, this is a horrible violation of my kids’ rights” is a way to get his balldowashers to focus on that rather than the information contained in the document.

nick forgetting or misplacing some of his drugs around his dumpster of a house seems a lot more plausible to me than nick intentionally dosing his little children with coke.

I never claimed he intentionally dosed her, I dont know where you read that... I said it was an accident but she probably constantly saw them doing drugs and was curious about. My guess is she ingested the content of a loose bullet but it would be a massive stretch to think a 9yo would eat random spoons of sugar found in a bullet of coke or a 3g baggie. That´s just stupid.

When I finally got a copy of the CPS report to file with my custody modification, (which in my state, they will not give to anyone except guardians and DA’s, and the copy I was given had heavy redactions), it claimed they had talked to me over the phone three months before my first ever contact with CPS.

This kind of lying is really just ass covering. Social worker should have interviewed you three months earlier, but didn't so she lied about it to conceal the fact that her negligence/inaction had put your daughter at much greater risk than she would have otherwise been.

The idea that they're lying in the case of Nick's kids makes no sense at all. What would they be lying about? And why? Far too much of it can be justifed by hard evidence. There'll be print outs from the hair testing machines and subsequent tests and statements from the technicians who did the testing.

Government does lie, but I can't think of any plausible reason why and how they would do so in the case of Nick's daughter testing positive for cocaine. Putting five kids into foster care is expensive. They'd be more likely to lie in the other direction (which is what they did in your case) to justify their inaction.
