"A 9yo wouldn´t know how to get high by herself, specially if she doesn´t go to public school."
there is nothing she'd need to know or learn. see powder that looks like sugar -> taste it -> tastes bad but makes you feel good -> little kid develops a coke habit without even knowing what coke is
I agree with you, but also knowing addicts the way I do, I am 100% certain the children have witnessed the parents snorting.

For the normies: if your parents smoked cigarettes, how old were you the first time you put one in your mouth? If they drank beer, how old were you when you first tried to sip it? Probably younger than 9, right?

a 9yo wouldnt pick a bullet of cocaine and think it´s sugar, mate. For what we know of the police report, their stash was in the master bedroom. I really doubt they had mini stashes everywhere.
considering that they also have ''gummies'' i wouldnt be surprised of the kid finding mommy and daddy secret snack stash and took some gummies and coke ''sugar'' bullet.

Everyone keeps talking about ways in which the kid could have accidentally eaten some coke thinking it’s sugar or something, but the 5000 thing is 2.5x the threshold for “regular use” according to the chart.

I don’t understand how this works, admittedly. Would eating like a whole ass 8ball a few weeks before be sufficient to cause that? It doesn’t sound like it.

When he goes scorched-earth on $40k/yr CPS social workers and loses the court will crucify him. He'll wish he had listened to those hacks who suggested he go to rehab and cut a deal.
He very well might cut a deal but if he’s right that CPS is lying he should absolutely want that proven before he does so, especially when documents might be kesking deliberately to screw him over.

Are you seriously suggesting a positive drug test result means Aaron was molesting her? That’s deranged.
Drugs in kids and molestation usually go hand in hand. It doesn't exactly look good when you spend the past month asserting yourself as the sane and sober one only to be revealed later that child has been tweaking and you apparently didn't notice, or didn't care. That doesn't paint a good picture and you know it.

We got a sneak peak at their new defense last night when Nick attacked the character of Ms. Sweep the social worker. Don't be surprised when the Balldoguards all mysteriously adopt this strategy by this afternoon (they definitely weren't told to do so by Nick in a group chat).
I've also noticed a healty amount of moving the goalpost coming from the noseguard. Ever since the document was posted Nick's fans have been arguing about how it wasn't authentic and it was just a gayop, and now that he has confirmed that it's real they are denying reality and pretending that they've always been arguing about whether or not the info contained in it is true.
How is Lawtube going to guard this one?
Say the tests are always 10-40% wrong and you have to allow for error or some shit like that?
Or pull a ‘my kids ribs too‘ line and say ‘who’s kids hair doesn’t sometimes have a little bit of cocaine in it?!’.
I think in the future we're going to see fewer arguments about why Nick is innocent and a lot more deflection.
The reality of the situation is unsweepable so they're going to focus entirely on how the court document shouldn't have been leaked and how it proves that there actually is a conspiracy against him while refusing to talk about the drugs and his kids entirely.

this is a 9 yo girl. do you know how fucking small a 9yo girl is? probably doesnt take that much to show regular use.

she could´ve just ingested a bunch of coke in a go, I really doubt a bunch of junkies would not know if someone was nicking their stash.
BTW for the purely accidental ingestion hypothesis, unless you are a cartel leader, you dont have jars filled with 20k worth of coke lying around the house to be confused with sugar by a 9yo.
IMO, the most charitable possibility is she found a bullet and, after watching their parents doing it everyday, she got curious.

Interesting new matter of public record attached. Would anyone care to ask Nick's most ardent defenders why it was OK for a nine-year-old to test positive for cocaine?

It was specifically the child that he kept mentioning as the troublemaker in the house and his favorite child (credit to Cynthia for the below, big ups)

I was about to say, once I saw the news appear in the feed, I recalled seeing that clip in the Nick Rekieta thread & finding it so strange to call one of your children "so violent" & it was Nick's favourite amongst his children, as well. This clip was from a stream in August 2022, so could the child's increased aggression have been a consequence of being exposed to cocaine, as she was Daddy Rekieta's favourite & he shared some of his special powdered sugar with her?:

Maybe it was just a Toothache

Their work may be sloppy but the odds of CPS making things up or being engaged in some grand conspiracy to frame the Law Pope and our wife just isn't realistic. Lots of drugs were found. A kid has tested positive for cocaine. I don't think any problems with the paperwork will make that go away.

I can only presume that any drug testing of the children would have been accompanied by a physical examination as well. If there had been any evidence of sexual assault would this not be included in the report?

Children also metabolize drugs differently than adults, it's also possible that unbeknownst to the child that she thought it was powdered sugar and licked/dipped her finger in it. I honestly don't know how much a 8 year old who probably weighs less than 60lbs would have to ingest to test that hot.

In any case, Nick is clearly sober in this video, looks better than he has in the past 18 months despite the retarded hair cut and given his personality, seems to be openly defiant towards all the detractors and in his lucidity he perhaps thinks it's a good opportunity to reinvigorate his streaming career.

Honestly, he needs to find Jesus, repent, and stay offline until all this is behind him. He's not going to do that, and well, we all get to watch him continue to make bad life choices in the meantime.
