Stop sweeping. The only past behavior we have to go on is his word which is worthless.
Considering everyone noticed a clear change in the past several months I don’t think his word is worthless. If anything it paints him as even more of a fuckup.

Because we’ve got a clear pattern that Nick put his kids before everything else and then fell so hard he threw even that away. And now he has nothing and no excuses.

Comparing a chink and pajeet mass produced Covid test to a hair sample looking for traces of cocaine is akin to comparing a fast food teenager's failure rate to a high end eatery.
Comparing a test kit intended for the user to do themselves that can be bought over the counter to something produced by a device that would cost half a million is retarded to begin with.

Okay Kiwi Spergs, some of you skipped statistics 101.
You're asking people posting the conclusion of an irrelevant paper they googled to know type I and II errors.

difficult to obtain permission for running an actual clinical study where you dose people with real cocaine in a controlled environment
There's some good candidates in the thread to reevaluate the efficacy of electro-shock therapy.

Is it possible it could have stayed since January? Does any cocaine test go back that far? There's speculation in this post that Nick's "worst day ever" where he had to sit with a child for multiple days while they recovered was an OD.

Nick's worst-day-ever has been a big question for half a year now.
This was not Rekieta's worst day ever. Rekieta's worst day ever was around Memorial Day weekend 2022 (now it's not even his worst Memorial Day weekend anymore) with another flare up around or just before 4th of July, 2022.

This was just a streak of three shows in 2024 which Nick cancelled immediately after the hot tub swinger stream with the Imholtes on a Sunday (the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). It was from January 29-31 and then on February 1 he talked about it in a sketchy way.

It was suspicious at the time because he first said that day 1 and 2 of the cancellations were because HE was sick, and then on day 3 he implied he was away from home and would do a late show before cancelling it saying "have a medical issue". Then Thursday night he said he had to sit beside someone all night to make sure they were okay.

Hair testing isn't that reliable.

Results

Overall concordance between hair testing and self-report was 57.5% (marijuana), 86.5% (cocaine), 85.8% (amphetamines), and 74.3% (opioids). Specificity of hair testing at standard laboratory cut-offs exceeded 90% for all drugs, but sensitivity of hair testing relative to self-report was low, identifying only 52.3% (127/243) of self-disclosed marijuana users, 65.2% (30/46) of cocaine users, 24.2% (8/33) of amphetamine users, and 2.9% (2/68) of opioid users. Among participants who disclosed using marijuana or cocaine in the past 3 months, participants with a negative hair test tended to report lower-frequency use of those drugs (p< .001 for marijuana and cocaine).
Your source literally contradicts what you claim:

"Specificity of hair testing at standard laboratory cut-offs exceeded 90% for all drugs"

Specificity is a measure that relates to the risk of a false positive test. Sensitivity relates to false negatives. It's not relevant in this discussion.

Note that the document whose authenticity Nick confirmed suggests Nick Rekieta's eight year old (now 9) was TEN TIMES the standard laboratory cut-off of 500 pg/mg.

Horrifying.

In the case of a positive result, the important issue isn't the false negative rate but the false positive rate. How often does a false positive result occur?
9.3% of the sample of DRUG USERS self-reported no coke use but tested positive for coke, which corresponds to a specificity of 90.7%.

The 9.3% can be considered a "false positive rate" but it's not necessarily the truth, as they could be lying, they could have forgot, or they could have taken something else which was contaminated with coke.

He pretended to not know what Kiwi Farms is, who Null was, and then put on this macho tough guy voice. Grabbing the mic WingsofRedemption style and calling Nick a motherfucker, fuck, fuckity fucker POS. Real larp.
He definitely knows what KF is because he has been talking about it frequently on his show for 2+ months and it was first mentioned on his show in 2022 or earlier.

I feel sooooo bad for Nick and Kayla, these simple wholesome big chungus Christians are just trying to lead their Children in the ways of the lord but the Children are just out their doing the coke, not bathing and setting up their parents and their live in Nanny. As someone with major brain damage I'm shocked no one else sees what good parents Crakects is.

So fellow Kiwis what's the iver under he goes to Jail for a long time?

Nick cut his hair super-short and will probably continue to do so every week or two hoping to have all the coke-positive hair off of him by the time the Court gets around to ordering hair tests on himself and Kayla.
You're probably right on the money; that's diabolical.

Nick
>Lied about streaming drunk bascially every stream
>Lied about going to Hedonism
>Lied about being a swinger
>Lied about wife swapping
>Lied about being too ill to stream (was hungover/ recovering from a coke binge)
>Lied about using drugs
>Lied about not having a favourite child
>Lied about his business trips being drug pickups
>Lied about April being the live in mistress
>Lied about going to the toilet (it was to do drugs or have sex)
Now the question for Nick about his daughters cocaine level did he
A) See his favourite daughter stole from his stash and OD, and did not take her to the hospital to not get arrested and just waited for her to get better
B) Offer her small amounts of coke a few times a week (For what end is putrid to even consider)
C) She stole from the stash several times over weeks/months and Nick didn't notice
If he's smart he continue with the latest stream and not deny anything by not saying anything, but he has wet brain and will say something eventually. He's lied about everything we know is true, so we can wait and see which one of those 3 he lies about to get a rough idea of the truth

So like how a false positive on a pregnancy test is very rare- a false negative, however, is the more common error, right?
With something like drugs, usually, because you really want to avoid false positives.

However, suppose you have a test that is 99% accurate for both negative and positive results. Sounds good, right? Imagine, though, the test, say it's for a kind of cancer that on average 1% of the test recipients have. If you take a sample, you're going to miss the cancer 1% of the time. However, you're also going to get a false positive 1% of the time. So if you get on average nearly two positives, the odds are almost 50% that each of them is wrong.

So even with a "99% accurate" screening test, you may well have a second or further test to eliminate the false positives.

I wonder why Nick didn't ask for a second test if he's so sure it's wrong. The little bitch didn't even deny the results, just complained they were leaked. He's complaining about procedure (like he knows a damn thing about it) and not just outright denying these results could possibly be true.

The only rational inference here is the document is legitimate, the test results are accurate, and Nick knows they're accurate. We're well beyond the stage where giving any benefit of the doubt to this bullshit golem makes sense.

He’s refusing, and so is Kayla, because they don’t want a test on-record proving that they’re cokeheads. They paid the bond to get out from under mandatory drug testing for this very reason. Nick cut his hair super-short and will probably continue to do so every week or two hoping to have all the coke-positive hair off of him by the time the Court gets around to ordering hair tests on himself and Kayla. I’ll bet Kayla’s got a super-short haircut as well. Nick doesn’t give a fuck about his kids, and only cares about doing whatever it takes to avoid the consequences of his own actions.
The theory he's getting his hair cut to avoid hair follicle testing is horrifyingly hilarious.

If the OD theory is true and his daughter OD'd on cocaine, then it lasted for almost 3-5 months in her system before they tested her. What chance Nick thinks he has other than going full Baldo is nothing but hopium.

That makes sense, but why not just shave it completely. Or does nicks coke addled brain understand that would be to obvious?

They've both refused to get tested.
If I were to guess Balldo's legal strategy, he'll claim having the kids tested was a breach of his civil rights by the goooberment, and have that all tossed out.

Let's be real guys. I know this is hate rekieta thread but he certainly didn't give the kid coke and let him snort it .
"let's be real guys his drinking isn't a problem"

"let's be real guys he's not mixing coke with his alcohol"

"let's be real guys he uses a little but his home isn't a crackden"

notice a pattern?

Because doing so strongly implies to the Court that he did so to beat them to the punch on a Court-ordered hair test. With cutting it short, shaved on the sides, and then bringing to cut an inch off the top week after week, in his fucked-up LOLyer mind he probably thinks he has plausible deniability about him trying to cheat the test.

I think that the worst part of this is if it is true that they had a kid OD in January... then they cared less about the kid's health and were more worried that the kid would need to go to the hospital and that would ruin their "partying" lifestyle....

What difference would it make? For him to get the guard back of the children they would have to be constantly tested for a period. For his criminal troubles, they got the evidence from their master bedroom.

So fellow Kiwis what's the iver under he goes to Jail for a long time?

Its mostly on him. If he is willing to make a deal with prosecutors, admit he has a problem and go through rehab....then he almost certainly avoids prison. The court system really doesn't want to seperate families or send people to prison for stuff like this. They want them to go through rehab and be dealt with through the probation system and drug testing.

But the more Nick is a total unrepentant asshole, the more expensive he makes the case for the county, the more he accuses public officials of being criminals or conspiring against him.....the more likely he is to do prison time for this.

Last night's stream substantially increased the likelyhood of Nick doing prison time. There are some judges who would see the best outcome here to send Nick to prison for a year and send Kayla to a program. The thought being that there is a more of a chance of reclamation project on Kayla working if she is seperated from Nick and she might be rehabbed to a point where she could parent the children again.

As far as Nick goes, I think any prosecutor or judge is going to look at him as a lost cause. A negative to everyone he associates with and the kind of person prison is made for. Prison being not to rehabilitate Nick, but rather to protect the world from Nick.

There's a whole bunch of factors that can impact the test. Rate of hair growth, amount of cocaine used, length of sample from root, type of hair, haircare routine, etc. 90 days is the accepted cut off but it can easily date back to late January.

It's highly unlikely the test is false. The best case scenario is that someone fucked something up at the lab or in the collection process. But that would easily get clarified upon retest which would be trivial to do if the kids are in state custody.

You're probably right on the money; that's diabolical.
I mean, is it? Courts aren't stupid and juries only are sometimes. If you refuse follicle testing, your 9 year old tests positive, and the two suspects have fresh haircuts by the time I force you to get tested, I'm pretty sure everyone is going to treat it like spoilation of evidence and reasonably anger why you got a haircut/shaved your head. It probably makes you look more guilty than just failing the test.

Also hair grows about 6 inches a year so Nick needs to trim his hair down to about an inch in height otherwise he'd still probably fail the test anyway
