Someone needs to explain to me why the government would go out of their way to railroad Rackets and spend a ton of resources and manpower on him instead of letting the drunk continue to spiral on stream and ruin his own life to a dwindling audience while they don't have to lift a finger. One of these options seems way easier. The best I can give them is that someone with access to the case is absolutely furious with Nick and releasing documents to fuck with him.
