Sean Patrick Martin / Sean P. Martin, Esq / Sean Martin / Potentially Criminal / @PotentiallyCriminal / Martin Media LLC / Martin Law Office LLC

I am cautious. I cannot guess what is in his head--and it is not fair to Sean to try to do so. All I can do is base my opinions upon his words and actions.

Will that exclude some logical deductions that could be made? Yes. However, it will also keep us firmly in the realm of facts--even if autistically so.
For right now neither Sean or Andrew hit any alarms for me. I’ve been around multiple people who were addicts actively destroying their lives when I was a teenager and then in college, some were friends and family.

Both Sean and Andrew are blogging about this, but it’s a public thing. Sean’s comment about not wanting to leave Nick on the air alone after the blow up and Andrew trying to Balldo guard until the police report came out more like they aren’t complete shysters.

It might be personal experience blinding me, but I’ve been in Sean and Andrew’s place before. Had an addict neighbor wanted to hang out when he was obviously high, made insults behind my back, and had them tell me to fuck off when I tried to help them. I never took the insults seriously or tried not to.

Sean and Andrew also have work outside of blogging and probably have to many commitments to devote their time to their vices.

Gosney on with Sean again discussing the Young Thug drama.

I note Gosney is wearing a Jinjer shirt.

Just watched his stream. Someone DM'ed him something about the leak and he refused to air the document.
Ha said he didn't know if it was true.

Also, he was worried about possible repercussions, even though it's nowhere near his practice, it could be bad for him. ''That is hotter than Chernobyl graphite for somebody like me''

46 minutes into his latest stream on the young thug trial recusal motion is when he mentions it.

Edit: Still listening to his stream, he mentions it again just after the first hour.

it is a leaked juvi court document they are not public so his legal authority may not look good on it that is what happened and he said so. he has not washed at all

Not airing an unconfirmed juvenile court doc that should not have been leaked and should have been sealed is not balldowashing. Even though the MN courts don't have any power over him the Ohio bar or whatever org they have may take issue with it.
Further, Sean is a practicing lawyer. He's said before he does a lot of appointed cases including JV cases.

If word got out that he aired and discussed a sealed JV document, probably not a good look and could impact his practice.

I think at a bare minimum he would be ordered to take some CLE regarding JV, and depending on how serious the Ohio state bar is about JV ethics, there could be additional penalties/sanctions.

Now that Nick has basically confirmed the documents to be legitimate and the internet is talking about it, I think he should be able to talk about Nick's kid using cocaine.

Jumping on a freshly leaked, unconfirmed to be true, court document with damning evidence involving a juvenile wouldn't be a good look in the eyes of some of his clients. He's being a smart practicing lawyer, not a balldo washer.

It's still a leaked document of a child. It should never have been leaked. Even if it's confirmed true there's still big ethical issues with covering it.

Sometimes to do something good you have to do something bad. It sucks that the document was leaked but it effectively killed Nick's comeback PR campaign. So a slight net positive.

I don't dispute any of that. That report being leaked got Nick so out of sorts it made his little meltdown funny. I just worry about a Cyrax situation where alogs keep interfering that eventually the prosecutors don't want to deal with the case any more.

0fux in Sean's Locals made this for a thumbnail. Sadly Sean said he won't be using it for his video. Truly a masterpiece.
