Judging by my experience, it's a video of a white woman being screamed at and assaulted by a group of blacks with the title being something like "Racist Karen says the nword and gets instant karma" turning out to be fake, and the white woman being entirely innocent.
I'd never heard "* 2550c01" as a racist insult before, so I had to go look it up. Turns out it is the Lego inventory number for a monkey minifig.
