Gundam is basically Coomalot if he was a fatherless mixed race kid raised by black kweens in New York instead of a trailer park redneck. He's a self admitted degenerate himself and only walked back applauding Rekieta when public opinion got too heated with the child abuse stuff.

He only got into YouTube as some kind of mental health last ditch thing after a failed suicide attempt. He lost a potential recording contract for his band, The New York Jaded. According to him, it was because he told the woman looking into him that his band didn't have a social media presence. He started out his YouTube career doing mostly Fallout stuff, but hit it big with covering Twitch thottery until YouTube cracked down on him. He also ran afoul of Pokimane, who he calls his future ex-wife. Now besides being a DSP alog, he's just covering the same fandom menace shit every other YouTuber does.

He recently started a weekly livestream on Wednesdays called Quality Content. The stream has revealed that without a script, Gundam's quite a diva who insists that he has to get high as a kite to get through the day. He blames part of that on living in New York state, and is trying to move out. But I strongly get the impression he's just kind of a sad sack of shit behind the funnyman routine. He even passed out once from taking too many "vitamins" on stream. He's made it very clear he's in YouTube for the money and wants to disappear in a drug and hookers filled haze as soon as he can afford it.

Basically Gundam's not the guy I'd go to for honest takes on things.

Good info. I really can't get into this guy, and while his knowledge on DSP is pretty good, my stance is on things like alcohol and drugs are very adamant, and I cannot get behind somebody that does these things on streams.

Especially after Nick, that was quite the lesson learned.

If you get ublock origin you can right click and "block element". It comes in real handy with the grosser or more spazmatic PFP's/Avatars/whateverthefuckwe'recallingthemthesedays.

I've yet to figure out how to do the same on mobile, however.
