My disturbing prediction is that April is the leader of all this degeneracy. She's given me Impulsive BPD symptoms in all content and social media I've seen from her, and those symptoms have rubbed off on Nick who is openly simping hard for her. By all signs, everything changed with Nick once April came into their lives, disposing most friendships he had. Then April becomes the 5 kids' nanny? BPDs often have horrifying views on family. If what I'm feeling about April is correct, then it could be really sad for those kids.
April's an extremely readable (and unimpressive) person. She not a leader in anything; in fact, she's more an avid cheerleader for whoever was the most recent guy to stick his dick in her. In this instance, it's Nick, so she's all-in for his cause/lifestyle and won't question anything. The fact that she doesn't have her own kids exacerbates that cheerleader trait

It is a dumb argument on Nick's part that has been hashed in the legal thread. It is the kind of rule-lawyering and technicalities that Nick's inexperience as a lawyer takes much too seriously. Practicing lawyer know how things actually work.
Well, first he's lying as usual, but even if not, it would be colossally dumb to argue he had almost an ounce of cocaine but did not personally use it, because the obvious implication is he was only getting it to distribute it to others.

Subd. 2.Possession crimes.

(a) A person is guilty of a controlled substance crime in the first degree if:

(2) the person unlawfully possesses one or more mixtures of a total weight of 25 grams or more containing cocaine or methamphetamine and:

(i) the person or an accomplice possesses on their person or within immediate reach, or uses, whether by brandishing, displaying, threatening with, or otherwise employing, a firearm; or

(ii) the offense involves two aggravating factors;

Okay, dude. If you want to think that's the applicable charge, fine. I don't think so based on what I have read. I do not believe the gun gets them there, or the two aggravating factors are in evidence.

In the meantime, I'm just gonna assume what they have actually charged him with is what they feel is appropriate. It feels pointless to do otherwise for now. I'm not the DA, so I don't have to make such a decision.

Are they going to talk about it, or be the jewgrifter faggots they are and dangle it like rackets flaccid dick?
It's a good grift because considering the magnitude of potential things that could be worse than copious amounts of coke in one of the kids, the viewers at least get to be relieved when it's revealed to be a nothingburger.

When I first heard about the child drug test, I thought itwas some tyoe of Rekieta led gay op.

I really hope this isn’t what happened, but Nick is 100% the kind of asshole who would think it was based to “make a man out of” his teenage son with whatever whore was around, even if it made them eskimo bros. There’s very little I’d put past him at this point. I don’t think he can shock me anymore.

It sounds like he's trying to weasel out of possession too. With what defense, I'm not sure..

One of the missing things in Nick's final texts with Aaron before he got kicked out of the polycule was Nick's ranting about how Aaron was a liar and had been lying in particular to Kayla.

Aaron provided something that perhaps partially explains what this about about. Kayla had apparently given Aaron a copy of the book "Pawverbs" to read. An important book apparently to Kayla. Kayla asked Aaron about the book remotely when he was at his place and he said he had read several chapters and it was great. Then Kayla discovered that Aaron had not taken the book with him. That it was still at Nick's house. The entire rest of the polycule then apparently went into a rage over lying Aaron.

Coke addicts being coke addicts, the story seems to be to be rather believable. This kind of weird paranoia and emotional loss of control is completely typical. Its also completely expected behavior on Aaron's side. Relationship guy he is not.

Kino Casino hinting at even worse Rekieta news dropping in the near future. Waiting on verification. Says it will make the kid coke thing look like a cigarette.
>"...And we have Grace Thorpe FELTING Ethan Ralph..."
>Start Ethan's segment and keep reminding of the epic felt for 50 mins.

>"OMG Ashton, I can't believe it!!! What a felt!!!"

I think I am late on this, so clocks may be warranted. But Nick has discussed how they cannot prove USE. Has anyone considered that, in piss tests, cocaine is like GONE in 24 hours~ish? So.... as we saw.... on the Weekends, when government is off the clock, he is free to cut loose. So this most recent weekend stream... why wouldn't he use?
His harping on about how nobody can prove use of drugs is nonsense and irrelevant. If he was just proved to have used drugs, he would be in a far better position. He got caught with almost an ounce of cocaine in his bedroom. Being high on cocaine or not is legally irrelevant to that.

And there's plenty of proof he's used cocaine. He's admitted it, for one. He showed up on camera with cocaine on his nose. Other people have admitted doing cocaine with him. He's selling cope, which is weird because nobody except Dax Herrera, Robert Barnes, and locals NPCs are buying it.

Dax, Barnes, EVS, etc. do not believe a word of what they say. They are just sweeping so they can continue to grift whatever it is they think they're getting from being Nick's special goons. This arguably makes them worse than his locals NPCs because at least for them you can sort of sympathize with why they're in deep denial, whereas the main balldoguard officers are blaming the children for their own abuse so they can gift.
