Could not have said it better myself. I always found the truthers fixation on Bootsy really weird. When you think of Cinemassacre is he really what comes to mind? For me it's James, Mike and Kyle Justin. Those were the core people and really it was James and Mike.

As for the sub being "savvy" repeating the same 10 jokes over and over and over and over is retarded and no different the any other subreddit. What is really comes down to is man children feeling like they were betrayed by someone they really looked up to and enjoyed watching. It's parasocial behavior. Elfy and Beardo never cared about any of the Cinemassacre stuff. It got them views from truthers because their normal content barely scratched 1k views whereas any James related content would get 20 times that, even more sometimes.
Wouldn’t you keep making that content if your average videos got 874 views and suddenly there’s a content source where if you keep making vids about it you’ll get 20-50k views sometimes more?
