Nick has no friends. He's a narcissist who views all friendships and even his relationship with his children as transactional. I put the odds at 100% that Nick has exposed himself to his children. He mentioned it on his last stream. Someone asked about the marks on his arms and he said it’s called Cholinergic Urticaria and makes him break out in hives when he’s warm. Online it says the hives can be from heat or sweat. The marks in question are the “ track marks” people were speculating about. It checks out.
