Online it says the hives can be from heat or sweat. The marks in question are the “ track marks” people were speculating about. It checks out.

"Cholinergic Urticaria" is a made-up medical condition with no established cause and no real course of treatment. The name was invented more as a catigory for reported patient symptoms rather than an actual condition. Those marks on his arms are not hives. Whatever they are, they not something that comes from "Cholinergic Urticaria".

But I'm sure it checks out. Spending all that time in the hot tub is certainly consistent with a medical condition where he supposedly breaks out in hives when he gets warm. Nick has also never done coke for the same reason and has ODD. Because he says so.

The cops don't bring charges, the prosecution does. And I think if they're planning on it we'll see at the omnibus hearing or thereabouts. There's really no deadline to bring charges, though if a case is already going to trial, they might just bring charges separately instead of resetting the original trial.

Any time enough information for more charges comes up, whether from the cops or elsewhere, they can bring charges in some way, shape, or form.
