The most important thing the feminists did to pave the way for troons was define gender as a social construct and gendered spaces as oppressive. I saw this in college 25 years ago. By 2004, at every major university in America, the feminists had successfully defined the assertion that thete are meaningful differences between males and females as "discrimination" and were getting faculty censured, denied tenure, or fired.
