Yeah Hardin is just using Josh to have something interesting to break up the monotony of submitting FOIA requests.

And also by training in lawfare against retards he makes it harder to catch him off guard in a normal legal fight. Like when Frank Dux used to spar against chimpanzees or women driving small Volkswagons.

Frankly, he should be paying Josh (although I guess jannying this thread for free is a kind of payment.)

An often overlooked part of Hardins resume is that he was a commonwealths attorney, which is Virginia for "state prosecutor". That's a pretty prestigious position in its own right for a lawyer to have done.

But what if I told you he was the State Prosecutor for Greene county. Yes, THAT Greene county. Where Chris-chan is from.

It’s been mentioned

I get the impression Null is Hardin's weird side hobby, not a cash cow.
i sincerely hope that the book that mr. hardin ineviably publishes about his experiences as null's attorney is written with the same wry humor and ascorbic wit as his filings. who has suggestions for the title of such a tome?

Kafka's book already has a good name.
And is quite a comparison to Null’s plight.

The title writes itself.

Mad At the Internet. A lawyers recollection of defending America's first serial defendant.
