Joe is extremely pitiable. I don't know how anyone sees him trying to shuffle around and isn't reminded of an aged family member who wasn't all there anymore. I certainly don't think he's the one behind the things I hate his admin for doing. One take I have seen deserves some consideration. That maybe Trump had been planning to go in all aggressive but then we had that really early gaffe where Biden just... had a severe dementia moment and Trump says something along the lines of "I don't know what he said and I don't think he does either", and Trump decided to pull back out of legitimate pity.
Of course not. The dems might be suggesting it behind closed doors, Journalists might be writing opinion pieces saying it, various MSM talking heads might be saying it on the morning shows, but "Dr" Jill would draw blood before she'd let anyone deny her the opportunity to debase the white house for another 4 years.
Biden vows to return for second debate against Trump after disastrous performance
President Biden is still committed to the second debate against Donald Trump despite his abysmal showing on Thursday night.
Biden, 81, will return to the debate stage in September, CNN Senior White House Correspondent Kayla Tausche reported Friday morning, citing an advisor.
Biden is also not considering dropping out of the race – despite concerns from members of his own party.
The octogenarian repeatedly froze and misspoke during the Thursday debate, which left doubts in the minds of even the most hopeful viewers about his mental and physical fitness.
“This was a disaster for Biden. Many Democrats are looking for a new candidate after this debate,” Doug Muzzio, a retired public affairs professor at Baruch College, told The Post.
“Biden was tentative, rambling and sometimes incoherent,” he said.
At one point early in the debate, the incumbent appeared to lose his train of thought for a glacial nine seconds – only to finally look up and say that he “finally beat Medicare.”
The apparent gaffe gave Trump, 78, the perfect in.
“Well, he’s right. He did beat Medicare. He beat it to death and he’s destroying Medicare because all of these people who are coming in, they’re putting them on Medicare,” Trump retorted.
“If I knew nothing about Donald Trump before that debate and judged him solely on that performance, I’d vote for him,” one Democratic source told The Post.
If it was out of pity, it was a hell of a moment to be merciful. Biden's decline was put on full display by a more restrained Trump. There several moments were it seemed Trump wanted to jump in and make a witty remark or two. Instead he let Biden talk. Which only makes Biden look like a broken down old man.One take I have seen deserves some consideration. I dunno, if some random retards on the Internet could pick out that Trump’s best plan of attack was simply to shut up and let Biden stumble all of his own accord, I’m sure he recognized it too. Unless CNN tipped him off (which I doubt he’d believe anyways), he would’ve also gone into this debate assuming it would be heavily slanted against him, in which case an aggressive strategy probably wouldn’t be very effective anyways.
Something worth remembering. Trump's dad had and 'died of' Alzheimer's. It is not hard at all to think that Trump saw his own father's lingering death in Biden. Honestly, if you rewatch the debate Trump looks -sad- during Biden's worst moments. So I think even if it isn't all there is to it, the idea is worth considering as a factor.Joe is extremely pitiable. He wasn't a saint (God no, he's a lifelong politician, I'm sure he was a prick when he had all his marbles), but what they're doing to him now is sad to see.
I said it in another thread: they've put everything into dogmatically declaring Biden the Bestest Most Popular President EverWow, they're actually going to do this?
ok there goes my theory that they wanted the debates this early so Joe's performance wasn't at the front of the public's mind come November...
To me he is the second coming of FDR.To concede that he hasn't been the Second Coming of FDR is to admit that they're full of shit.
Up until he has a flash of anger and you realise that in addition to losing it, he's a mean spirited, dog-tail pulling, cruel bastard who lashes out at people all the more for feeling his grip on power slipping. People keep talking about how he came across as unable to focus, frail, etc. But one of the biggest failings in the debate was those expressions of malicious anger and hate that intermittently crossed his face. It was like that moment in Fellowship of the Ring when Bilbo momentarily becomes consumed by his desire for the ring.Joe is extremely pitiable.
Do you really think DOKTOR Jill Biden would ever let them take her husband out? She endured him molesting their daughter, sniffing random children and pinching their nipples, and fucking enough interns that he was shocked that one of them said no when he just randomly shoved his hand down her pants. She's OWED this.ok there goes my theory that they wanted the debates this early so Joe's performance wasn't at the front of the public's mind come November...
The party has to step in at this point, surely they aren't signing off on this?
Here's video of him arriving:Because Joepedo's sleep schedule is so altered, he thought he could Trump it up at a Waffle House.
Plausible. Much like Macron in France calling an election not because he thinks he'll win but because doing so now will (he hopes) catch the nationalists and the Right off-guard and before they've amassed enough support to fully seize power.View attachment 6133611
If true, the DNC has given up on the House and Senate this cycle. It's a "licking your wounds and come back in 2026" sort of vibe.
Meanwhile, Tim Pool links an article claiming they had pre-written Biden hit pieces. I.e., this whole thing was planned.
