So, he's basically accusing his new judge of being lazy and careless, which is rich coming from Nick. He can't help himself. When this first happened, I thought after the initial circus, Nick would just go through the motions and take a sweetheart plea deal for some diversion program. Now, I honestly see him doing some amount of time in Con College, even if it's just a few days for contempt or something like that.
