I live in an area of the south west where it regularly surpasses 110 degrees in the summer. While I'm not the healthiest man alive I've grown up here my whole life and am pretty active and I've literally gotten sick from the heat while riding a motorcycle for 30 minutes. I can't imagine what bicycling or walking to places for several hours in this heat would do to even very healthy young people. It's just not a heat that is meant for humans to be out and moving in, Native Americans here would hide in caves during the daytime and only come out in the early mornings and late evenings. I guess Canadian Anisa would have never experienced something like this but her lack of ability to think even 1ft beyond her own personal experience is another sign of her low IQ.

I think it’s gay to expect people to give up cars so they have to rely on trains, buses or expect people to hop on bikes or walk.

What about people with kids? That’s just one example. Imagine it’s 100+ degrees, pouring rain, snowing.. you have to go somewhere with your kids but you have to walk to a station first and wait in those conditions for a bus or train then ride with a bunch of nasty blacks and crazy people. I imagine a lot of germs exist in public transit. Every time I’ve had to use it in the US it was a fucking filthy mess and stinks to shit.

Most people like the freedom of being able to leave when they want and go where they want in the comfort of their own vehicle. A lot of Americans don’t want to live in city centers, they enjoy having land far away from people and living in towns with small populations.
