"Disinterested" does not mean "uninterested." It means unbiased and impartial. If a judge has an actual interest, that is, a personal benefit to be gained, in the subject matter of the case, it would be improper to continue to preside over it.I'm not sure if anyone else mentioned that when Nick was calling out Aleisha Sweep by name, he also insulted the judge. He said she "lied under oath to disinterested judges".
Seriously though, how does anybody watch that shit? He would have to superchat ME to make me listen to anything he had to say, he has zero personality.Aarons just a fag with a boring radio show.
I was in disbelief that Aaron has an actual detractor community. Not because he isn't a cow or anything like that, but because he is so boring by himself. I think all the Rackets drama is probably the best thing that ever happened to his show - he now has people tuning in just to get more goldenuggets on the Balldoman.Seriously though, how does anybody watch that shit? I still don’t know how he made a living off of his show. Like, was it all just stragglers who followed him after he was fired from radio? His show is so low energy and boring that it really makes me think that you have to be especially awful to fail at making money on YouTubeI was in disbelief that Aaron has an actual detractor community. Doesn't Aaron pass an ACTUAL offering plate, begging people to meet some money goal for him at the end of each show? Patrick has covered this.I still don’t know how he made a living off of his show. According to Aaron, Nicks dick doesn't work. But considering that Nick ended up with Aarons wife and Aaron is alone can we really take that as a fact? Isn't it more likely that it was Aaron who couldn't get it up, since he was making Nick's Kids Spaghetti-O's while Nick was giving April the Deep Dicking Aaron never could?I don't know man. Rekieta lets other guys fuck his wife and his dick doesn't work.
He had a genuine shot at the big time and fucked it up to be a 40 year old coomer.
I think he's more pathetic than Aaron personally.
Rekieta is a seething little bitch that watches his wife get fucked while he gets PTSD with a limp dick.
Aarons just a fag with a boring radio show.
That's not fair. Nick has the balldo, which as we all know no woman can resist. Aaron, frightened for the welfare of his cojones, was powerless to stand against him.According to Aaron, Nicks dick doesn't work. I suspect neither of them could get it up, but Nick won out by virtue of havingAccording to Aaron, Nicks dick doesn't work. He put a negative emphasis on the word. The way I understood the sentence was, "she lied to a judge that just doesn't care.""Disinterested" does not mean "uninterested." Nick may not know what the word means in a legal context himself, and in fact, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he didn't.
I'll make sure to not tune in and watch the Kino Casino coverage instead.
I'll make sure to watch neither and read the important bits here.I'll make sure to not tune in and watch the Kino Casino coverage instead.
The only one I remember was the one where he whored April out for like $300Doesn't Aaron pass an ACTUAL offering plate, begging people to meet some money goal for him at the end of each show? Patrick has covered this.
Ah yes, the 'grr, h8 nul show'.
Hilarious cope session, hopefully. Considering Dax does Biggest Problem right before this, he'll probably show up tired and bored.
Nick is an imbecile then. But we already knew that. Judges should be impartial and disinterested. He put a negative emphasis on the word. The way I understood the sentence was, "she lied to a judge that just doesn't care."
Disinterested, Uninterested
You can be both uninterested and disinterested, or one but not the other. Disinterested means "impartial"; uninterested means "unconcerned" or "apathetic."
Many would interpret The judge was disinterested to mean that the judge didn't care. But the sentence actually means that the judge was unbiased. Huge difference there. Would you rather have a judge who's fair or one who wants to go home?
My dear, you are far too well acquainted with Nick Rekieta for this to be a surprise. I share your dismay that a lawyer and/or writing major and/or "smartest guy in the room" is proudly and loudly ignorant, but that is the state of things*. I know you came to see it reluctantly, but I'm telling you, his mid-ness and nitwitdom has been evident (and excused or overlooked) for years.Nick is an imbecile then. But we already knew that. Judges should be impartial and disinterested.
It's one thing for a layperson to make this fairly common error (although it is a pet peeve of mine "uninterested" is at least one dictionary definition). However, Nick is supposedly not only a writing major, but a lawyer, where "disinterested" in reference to judges ALWAYS means unbiased and impartial, with no personal interest (pecuniary or otherwise) in the proceeding.
So for him to commit this illiteracy while being both of those things is pathetic. What an absolute cretin.
