I'm not even sure what to say about this.

20 hour TIME CRUNCH? And she needs $250 more? Can't forget to guilt trip by saying you're a "multiply disabled heart patient."

This person is asking for quite a bit more, over $3000. I think that's just as crazy as Falco asking for $700 every week.
Otherwise, it's the usual, check in every week or so to see how the grifters keep grifting.

$2800/mo is rent money for a month in CA. how is that not enough for an apartment? i guess she wouldn't pass a credit or background check, or have enough for 1st and last, plus security deposits...

makes me feel like a sucker working all this time.

Even shit holes want some proof of your monthly income and employer. "Whimpering for gibs on twitter" isn't gonna fly.
the logical counter to "get roommates, or rent a room" is "muh private air" and thus here we are. convenient how private air combined with "personal ethics that are so tight" that seemingly forbid actual work - making air can definitely be a skilled career, but there's a lot that goes into that on top of constant work on producing and selling. no artists i know of that make money off their art are particularly idle.

I Want To Believe that Myr. Falco SkyWolf' is a young zoomie couple, employing years of online anthropological research in leftie troon discourse, to grift idiots into paying the down payment on their first home. I need to believe.

I know this is along the lines of "I saw the guy begging with a sign at the highway off-ramp get into his BMW and drive away" but I do suspect that this is the case for more than a few of these people. Pretty convinced that this is true for Falco.

It occured to me how Falco demands private air like she's entitled to it, yet at some point she's gotta vacate her room for the cleaning crew to remake the bed, replenish toiletries and such right? If she stunk up the place, the hotel would likely have reasons to kick her out depending on their policies. The last thing any of them need are squatters, even if said squatter is a lame stinky early menopausal redditor rather than a fent addict. I'm assuming Falco is one of those hyperautists who rarely showers or washes her clothes desipite her hyperfixation of sterility; call it a hunch.

My friend recently lived out of a motel in Maine for a couple months seeking employment within the state before cutting his losses and moving back to mine. The Do Not Disturb tag on the door handle will only get you so far, and some places will threaten to throw out long-term renters if they stink up the place with BO, weed, etc.

Considering she always talks about being disabled and needing to use a wheelchair, she's probably getting someone else to do it, which could be part of the $700 (ish) that she demands every week.

She got funded again by some mystery donator(s?), though she still needs $250 for her storage. "Housed" isn't the term I'd use here, it's more like "staying inside."

This is why I've been thinking more and more that it's a scam, the longer it goes on. If it's a scam, I don't think whoever is behind the account is actually getting to the requested amount every week. I think they are hyping up a sense of urgency, grifting whatever they can, and then announcing a last minute save to keep the grift going the next week. There have been too many large donation saves in the 11th hour.

The wheelchair is "in storage"

The wheelchair is "in storage"
Then she might be just walking everywhere, which defeats the purpose of having a wheelchair at all. On that note, her "heart problems" could be the result of being fat or eating crap food. So really, who's to say she's disabled at all, besides her?

I assume any e-beggar is scamming off of instinct. With no receipts and how she's always going "the hotel gave me an extension" when her goal isn't hit (assuming it even is), sometimes multiple times a day, too much is suspicious for me to not consider it a scam as well. That's not even counting if her "disabilities" are even legitimate.

It really doesn't make any sense whichever way you look at it. Sure, there are a multitude of health conditions where you have good days and bad days, with bad days necessitating use of a wheelchair. There are a multitude of health conditions where you can manage to get around a small area like your house or unit on foot, but to make longer journeys you need the wheelchair. That's all very well and good. But bad days are generally hard to anticipate with these sorts of conditions, and there's always emergencies and the unforeseen. On top of all this, non-motorised wheelchairs, even the expensive ones, fold down extremely well. I used to have a friend who used a chair. It wasn't motorised, but it still folded down to fit in the boot of my car even though it was an expensive bit of kit. I remember that the seat cushion alone cost something insane like a grand, and this was fifteen years ago.

Falco's story makes no sense on any level. If she can fold down her chair, she should be able to jam it in a corner somewhere. If it's electric, what's to stop her from asking the motel to remove on of the inevitable motel chairs in her room and putting the wheelchair in its place? If she desperately needs "private air" then she's not going to have a ton of guests in her room that will need a place to sit.

This is one of those stories that's built from bits and pieces of other people's stories, giving it a vague appearance of legitimacy, but any sort of scrutiny makes it clear that none of the pieces fit together.

Mem claims that her electricity was disconnected after owing over a grand. To make matters worse, she cannot afford rent. Eviction is imminent!

Great news! Mem is close to meeting goal ($2000+) in the eleventh hour! Phew, what a relief! Reminds me of when Rabbie Davis used to claim to need thousands in rent and miraculously getting it within a couple hours. Good times.

How the hell do you end up $1100 in the hole for electric? That's like a year's worth of unpaid bills. Pretty sure they'd disconnect your service before that.
Maybe it’s total bullshit, but it could also be late fees and/or running the heat or AC on high in a poorly insulated room?

wow @candleman those imgur screenshots are great, thank you! attitude gone to 11 on a scale of 1-10.

lol $250 for "something small." i know USD ain't what it used to be but come on.

either she is an addict AND/OR just as likely is begging to support the addiction of some worthless live-in boyfriend. i think that's quite common among the more aggro female ebeggars.

the insta comments telling people to check their DMs to respond to her demands are a nice touch View attachment 6050261
What enrages me the most is Mercedes literally has people harassing others for her "monthly payments" saying "This is unacceptable" if they don't send her money.

Mem and other grifters are AMAZING at finding ways to avoid paying bills. It's not inconceivable she's worked the process as much as she can, and let the bill go unpaid for 6+ months and it's finally come due.

I love that these beggars are using the language of debt collectors now. Probably the only people to interact with them willingly that aren't drug dealers or paypigs. "We are DMing you because we haven't received your grift bux for the months of june and July. This is unacceptable. Contact me immediately so we can arrange repayment of what you owe, cracker."
