If Trump has dementia he literally has the best dementia, the kind I’d want.

One thing I noticed on my junk email account, of which I get flooded with republican emails to donate, is I am now being flooded with Biden emails too at a faster rate than the GOP, asking to chip in. I got the “7 things to spin to your family about the debate” that was posted earlier and they keep asking for just $25 bucks. I have never gotten Biden emails before, at most it was some democrats.com fundraising every now and then. Maybe the donors did pause and they’re trying to get some small donor money in to assuage feelings after the debate.

Democrats fear replacement scenarios as much as keeping Biden

I think this kinda proves that these people believe their own shit. As a great man once said, amazin'.

Biden’s family privately criticizes top advisers and pushes for their ouster at Camp David meeting

Who must go?

Who must go?
Someone needs to fact check Biden on his 6 handicap for the love of Christ. Biden really got him with the "carry your own bag" comment, I tell you hwat.
The MSM, or maybe just crappy websites like the new republic, salon etc have been pushing this for weeks now. I've seen it all over preddit. It's the most pathetic case of no u I've ever seen
I don't understand this tactic whatsoever. You'd imagine it would be smart not to invite comparisons between Biden and Trump as far as dementia. It only makes sense if you assume the target audience is "vote blue no matter who" (such as myself. Heil Biden! Heil Bidenomics!), but who else are they trying to convince?
I think the strategy was to demand a bunch of concessions that they thought Trump wouldn’t agree to and when he pushed back say “Trump is afraid to debate me”.

Instead Trump called their bluff and Biden’s campaign imploded.
It's like a poker hand, where you shove with a short stack to steal the blinds with a garbage hand.
Certainly, but when Trump called their bluff they should’ve folded. Make whatever pathetic excuse they could to shut it down. Literally anything would’ve been better than what actually happened.
Then lose your shit when the big blind calls with AA, where you look like a retard and get knocked out of a tournament.
I witnessed the use of the He Answered All The Questions defense today. This was during an argument between my friend's wife and her mom. Interestingly, it was the wife that was making the argument and the mom that wasn't buying it. I was just trying to enjoy my Sunday, so I kept my mouth shut.
I'll be chuckling about "you answered all the questions" for a while. Further proof we live in a simulation.

If they genuinely fear that the media has turned on them, or at the very least the media has decided to stop sacrificing their credibility to the cause, then yeah, they're going to want to get a ton of money in before the media makes it ok for the normies to acknowledge what their lying eyes showed them on Thursday.

Remember, they're corrupt as fuck. All that money? It'll 100% be embezzled to various elites, elite spawn, operatives, downballot races, etc etc. If the jig is up, then it's time for them to cash out as hard and as fast as possible beforehand.

If, in the unlikely instance, of biden dropping out and the party nominating a replacement beshear would be their best bet. He is a well spoken white man from a southern state. he's governed decently well (because every other state office is GOP, and he claims credit) and is a national unknown.

if he doesn't get the nod this time he will in 2028. he is clearly setting the ground work for then. if he's smart he stays out now and doesn't risk his career. but he could win.

As we all know, crackheads give the best advice. A guy outside 7-11 told me to invest all my money in FTX and now I'm a trillionaire.

As a plus, if they cheat Biden in maybe James O'Keefe can trick Hunter Biden into telling Joe to let Jewsh be the head of the FCC by dressing up as a crack dealer with a bag of Parmesan cheese.

I have to see what next week brings, but it seems that the unified front is shattered and all the patchwork groups supporting the Democrats will start going after each other.
I'm curious as to what started the cracks though - Even if we argue that the debate finally broke it down, we had cracks forming before, prepared articles from before it, more doubts and questions being raised, CNN not playing cover for Biden directly in the debate, etc. A lot of support had already been pulled out before Biden ate shit, but why.

I'm not so sure it was a case of seeing a sinking ship - The signs were there almost a year ago, and the lines held under constant cover for it - even recently, cheapfakes were the header. It feels more to me that some backroom deal fell apart, or the nature of the dealing revealed some foundational flaw, and I'm leaning towards that. Biden and his people must know they're in a hell of an uphill fight, and they're also evidently arrogant asshats who thought biden could stand his own in the debate. I wouldn't put it past them to make a play for support, hardline it with outlining just how fucked their position is without it and just how much investment and support thats already been done would be wasted - To a room full of business moguls and media executives. The exact kind of people conditioned to recognize a sunk cost fallacy when its shaken so brazenly in their faces. Instead of showing the weakpoint to curry support to fortify it, they may have just shown rotten foundations and scared off the buyers entirely. What that weakpoint was, I couldn't say - could be ten thousand small things, could be giving them the realities of Bidens degredations, who knows.

This is purely speculation, but it'd explain why the entire media apparatus all at once seems to have gone cold facts on Biden, and donors talking about the same.

Biden's family urges him to 'keep fighting' as donors look for alternatives

A top campaign official held a tense call with donors Sunday, laying out what would happen to the campaign infrastructure should Biden step aside — stressing he had no plans to do so.

Most of the campaign’s significant war chest would fall to Vice President Kamala Harris, Chavez Rodriguez said, according to two people familiar with the discussion. Only a smaller pool of money would be kept by the Democratic National Committee.

As several donors posited what a participant derisively referred to as fanciful “West Wing”-type scenarios for replacing Biden, Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., who joined for part of the call, emphasized that the process would be “messy” and predicted that Harris would ultimately end up as the nominee.
...
“There were some tough comments from those on the call. Some were upset that they are just hearing campaign talking points,” the participant said, adding that some donors even asked about having their contributions refunded.
