I see and understand the specific examples you gave, but the (MASSIVE) difference with these is that you didn't require them to first undress in front of you, and then have their breasts/genitals touched by you. Imagine having to give that sweet old lady a pap, and then talking about her being a heartbreaker. Or that little boy having to come in for an assessment because one of his testicles hasn't descended into his scrotum... and then afterwards calling him a big strong boy. This would be disgusting and grounds for termination in any medical field. The context of performing a breast examination on someone, and then gushing about how beautiful they are would be predatory and gross. Amber's too fucking stupid and up her own ass to realize that, so to her this completely made up story totally could have happened. And let's be real, with not being allowed to douse herself with perfume before the visit, Ambo probably smelled even worse than she looked in that thumbnail, and the nurse/medical assistant probably wasn't able to say ANYTHING on account of having to hold her breath around her.

Besides, it's totally fake because the nurse/medical assistant didn't admit to being a fan or congratulate her on her YouTube following :P

Her stories are getting more and more delusional and bizarre with each month she gets rejected in her DMs and has to continue to date her mom. It will be interesting to see what sort of insanity she'll be pulling out of her shelf by fall/winter.

I did too, so I took a peak at Bottle’s video, and Amber said her left breast was bigger than her right and with her history of cancer they went ahead and scheduled the mammogram. Thank god they didn’t find anything or we’d have to hear her crying for months over benign fatty tissue.

Why would different breast size be any type of concern? Most women have one breast larger than the other.

Because asymmetry is seen as a warning sign for breast cancer. That’s why they say when performing a self breast exam to first stand topless in front of the mirror and compare your breasts. In her case, she’s already had an estrogenic cancer, and her mother has also had an estrogenic cancer, so it’s not worth the risk to not test her. She would have been a nightmare for the radiographer to examine given all her extra armpit flesh that also has to be scanned. Young tissue also doesn’t scan well which is why mammograms are not routine exams for women before around age 45-50.

She’s having a mammogram because she’s gone through menopause and is (supposed to be) taking supplemental estrogen both of which greatly increase breast cancer risk.

Except she doesn’t take supplemental estrogen, and has had a Total Hysterectomy and BSO (both ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed) so produces far less estrogen. Breast cancer is an estrogenic cancer, so she’s actually at lower risk of getting breast cancer. Her risk factor comes from her previous estrogenic cancer, not supplemental estrogen or menopause (which doesn’t increase breast cancer risk…aging does, and menopause tends to correlate with aging).

She’s 500lbs+ so her oestrogen levels are off the chart and she’s had a hysterectomy. Obesity plays a greater role in breast cancer risks after menopause, its the number one correlating factor.

Doctors are not giving a 500lb beast under 40 with none or poor health insurance a mammogram for fun. That’s not a thing.

Would she really need the genetic testing? I know her moms had cancer too, but I always assumed she got the uterus cancer so young because of her lifelong obesity and lack of action to the first sign of abnormal bleeding. Apparently endo cancer feeds off of high level of estrogen which is caused by excess fat.

I'm surprised she actually got a mammogram at all, and didn't even milk it for content for weeks. "Boohoo I might have cancer because the doctor wants me to get a mammogram." Just the thought of her getting one makes me 😂, imagining them leading her by the tits to get the correct angles. Plus, the funk that escaped when they had to pry it away from her belly fat. Yeah, that woman didn't say she was pretty.

@Autistic Asparagus she should be asking santalynn for some bottom teeth.

No one’s saying that. The only reason a mammogram came up (4 years after her hysterectomy) was because Amber made a big deal over her left breast being bigger, which is usually normal in women (although with her fat distribution, I imagine it is wonky). She said the doctor was shocked that she had uterine cancer so young, so this wasn’t her oncologist or someone she normally sees who suggested a screening.

But, yes, with her history, of course they went ahead and did it. No one’s arguing that they gave her one for the hell of it.

There's a logistical reason the test is done for older women; in order for the test to be done accurately a woman needs to lose a significant amount of mass in the breast to be able to read the mammogram effectively.

Usually if they suspect that you need to have your breast examined when you're younger they will suggest an ultrasound rather than a mammogram.

So...what makes Amberlynns situation so special that she would have a mammogram that potentially will not show shit because she has too much breast tissue?
