US presidents has had presidential immunity as long as the position existed starting with George Washington..... Reagan commited treason for fuck sakes. Secretly diverting congressional funds towards foreign conflicts. George W. Bush Deliberately lying to the American people for the Iraq War. Obama unilaterally entering Pakistan and fucking shit up without declaring war. Or no-fly zone over Algeria. Or Syrian operation. Or just about everything neo cons love but illegal.

They are just RRRRRRRrrragjng because TRUMP did something THEY FEEL is illegal.

Its totally fucked. Bush. Obama. Bill Clinton. Biden. They all should go to jail.

@Bland Crumbs
Another key issue is the invasion. People were not feeling it until now but we have hit a point of saturation where you are seeing illegals everywhere all the time in higher populated areas.. Their crimes are so outrageous and frequent that the news cannot ignore them anymore. To really twist the knife the government is giving them money that is now worth a lot less than it was under Trump that they stole from our pockets.
My partner, a lifelong resident with deep roots in their community, made an interesting observation today: they cannot recall a time when the local population was as diverse as it is now. This shift is not limited to Mexican immigrants, but includes a wide range of international backgrounds. They have found themselves increasingly unsettled by the fact that many newcomers do not speak English, making communication challenging at times.

The situation became even more apparent tonight when three individuals, who appeared to be from a similar cultural background, (Hispanic) parked their large pickup trucks in front of our residence and engaged in a heated, alcohol-fueled dispute. Unfortunately, such incidents seem to be occurring with greater frequency, leaving us feeling like outsiders in our own neighborhood. Moreover, public spaces once familiar to us now teem with unfamiliar faces huddled together on street corners, begging for change and handouts in volumes that were previously unseen.

I understand my partner's concerns. Their apprehension stems not from xenophobia or prejudice, but rather from a sense of dislocation due to the rapid pace of change."

In regards to the two separate articles from the same URL, I’ll explain:

The NYT originally put out an article about AG Bragg filing sentencing recommendations for Trump’s fraud conviction. But this never happened. The Supreme Court decision came out, and Trump’s team filed a motion to have the conviction thrown out for that (the argument being that some of the evidence used in the trial was from the time Trump was president). The interesting thing about it is that Bragg did not file any sentencing recommendations. The NYT only briefly mentions that in the new article.

The old story is meaningless, as it’s just a speculative story about something that didn’t end up happening, and the fact Bragg didn’t file a sentencing recommendation may mean there is some chaos in that wing of the DNC about how to deal with this whole ‘Trump goes to prison’ thing.

And this is why you young whippersnappers need to ARCHIVE EVERYTHING.

why not

are they dumb and unable to recognize simple patterns?
As mentioned earlier, what's happening now is pretty new and people don't have much experience with it yet. This means that folks may not feel comfortable making judgments about the situation because they lack sufficient context. Additionally, those involved are unfamiliar entities, further complicating efforts to reach definitive conclusions based on existing knowledge or precedents.

Is Israel trying to lose sympathy for the rest of the world?
And the war in gaza has already done that? Israel really doesn't care about international opinion. So long as the USA backs them, they can do whatever they want.

why not

are they dumb and unable to recognize simple patterns?
Well, they are gay. "My partner" should have been enough.

At this rate, are people going to beg Biden to start The Rumbling, or some other dumb anime shit, just to ensure that Trump, Republicans, Conservatives, and the Right-Wing ULTRA MAGA DEATH SQUADS, are all dealt with once and for all, and permanently?
If the left thought they could win without doing the work themselves, the civil war would have already started. These people for all their talk of oppression, liberation and being on the right side of history aren't all that committed to doing the hard work. Kyle Rittenhouse killed two of them and wounded a third and put a stop to their insanity in 2020. If they were serious about personally teaching the republikkkans a lesson, that would have been the opening move. Not the endcap. They want feds to go door to door black bagging conservatives, but they won't do the first thing to make it happen themselves. They want to snap their fingers and have all the cons disappear overnight like thanos snapping his fingers.

It's fun seeing them sperg out this badly just because SCOTUS confirmed the ages old standard practice is still standard practice. Everyone has always known Presidents are immune from lawfare after leaving office, and now its officially confirmed. None of this is new law.

Hell, this wasn't even a pro-Trump ruling; it's pro-Bush/Obama/Biden. They're the ones who actually broke laws, after all.

Given Biden's history with Seal Team 6, they're the last people on Earth he should be talking to.
"Yeah but they didn't falsify records. Therefore trump bad!"

so the New York Times is just publishing news before it happens, then switches to a version of the article that matches real events?

The funniest thing about everyone saying ‘Biden should do any official act to get rid of Trump…

…is he wasn’t doing. That’s how this ended up on the desk.

And the Justices indicated they took issue every time he did something that did not go through official procedure.

Even the desent read ‘yeah Trump has these protections and these things should have been followed but not enough time so please can we ignore it for once’

Hot diggidy, a lot of fun shit has happened since last time I posted in here! Glad to see the debate wasn't just the Smiling Friends meme. They really did believe their own bullshit that Biden was fine and seeing that implode in everybody's face has been great. Seems like everybody is breaking even harder now so I expect the steal to still be in, but to be sloppy as fuck. I also expect a lot of gayops to assassinate judges seeing how they just ruined the orange man bad hunt as well as stopping the 3 letter agencies absolute immunity to everything. Clarence better pay some security from his own pocket and preferably from the reddest of states is all I'm saying.
The Left is going to be sighing in ecstasy over getting their hysteria validated by a seemingly lucid Joe Biden. Their powerful feelings of anxiety and outrage over Trump, January 6, and the Supreme Court will restore their sense of authority and moral superiority. Once the election becomes about not letting The Incarnation of Evil win it gives them justification to vote for any Democrat, even one that belongs in a memory care ward. Obviously this is a very risky strategy for Biden
I pray for the day that what they think happened in Jan 6 actually happens and they notice that they won't get to cackle about it for years in xitter. I don't give a shit about "validating" the insane people's fears, I just want them to suffer the full weight of the consequences of forcing all of that to reality due to their inability to relent for a single fucking second.
Is Israel trying to lose sympathy for the rest of the world?
Standard kike behavior, they never know when to stop pulling. If they weren't constantly creating golems that turn on them and would learn to slowly boil the frog instead of stepping on the gas like mad whenever anybody looks at them funny, they would have everything under wraps already.

"Xenophobia and prejudice" being stamped out of us through constant bombardment of propaganda has absolutely crippled western society. Fear and caution against the unknown is an innate survival mechanism, that has been eroded to insane levels for generations and turns out that it makes our society incredibly easy to subvert from "within". In any other time in history, that shit happening in the US and Europe with sandnigger hordes would have been treated as an invasion and the brutality it deserves, yet here we are today with sandnigger politicians taking spots in European countries.

George W. Bush Deliberately lying to the American people for the Iraq War.
You're looking at Dubya and the Gulf War after the democrats had memory-holed Clinton spending his entire administration playing whack-a-mole with Saddam. In addition to the memory-holing of Iraq having used chemical weapons during the Iran-Iran Wars and on the Kurds after that war. Post Desert Storm UN Inspectors despite the fuck-fuck games still found and catalog nuclear and chemical weapons components Saddam wasn't supposed to even have. During Iraqi Freedom, U.S. and Coalition forces again were finding new nuclear and chemical weapon components and chemical weapon munitions all over Iraq.

The assertion that people's motivations do not primarily originate from xenophobia or racism, but rather from a profound sense of dislocation and substitution, should not be misconstrued as denying the potential presence of prejudice. However, in this context, it merely signifies that these emotions rank lower in priority compared to the overwhelming perception of encroachment upon one's native space.

Rationalize it how much you want, call it racism, call it "your truth", call it inhouse preference, call it "encroaching perception", but at the end of the day you are in this point because your basic survival mechanism to prefer the ingroup and distrust the outgroup has been eroded to almost nothingness, that you have to do a word salad to justify yourself feeling what all of humanity has felt during most of it's history is very telling. Hell, we are socialized to prefer the outgroup over the ingroup, the whole noble savage trope? absolute bullshit.
