Didn’t this grimy slug inherit a whole house, which she then squandered? I love her delusions and self pity, she’s a great cow.

Interesting, I assumed the outpatient was BPD therapy again, in line with her humblebragging about self harm and suddenly depression at her fatty fat fatness... Felt to me more like mild decompensating and a demand for continued medical/psych-based asspats after all that hospital attention, BPDs are pretty notorious for wanting to continue that sweet, sweet medical attention once they get used to it (and, based off the ones I've known, prone to shouting about and exaggerating their self-harm like it's a badge of honour).which does explain to me why she bounces into outpatient so quickly after a relapse.
<--This is her admitting to "sh" = self harm. Why are we discussing whether or not Luna is on drugs? She admitted it herself.

I'm dumb<--This is her admitting to "sh" = self harm.
She still is back on drugs, too of course. Why wouldn't she.
She wrote about sh again:

They might have to stay in outpatient therapy as part of the NY free methadone program? They order the Tuna and Lurch into more programs when they piss dirty or show up high.I knew at least Lurch had to be back on it with that abscess on his wrist, it had the look of a re-accessed site, raised and kind of gaping.
Naturally she would not have enough autonomy to do anything different either. It can't have been very good if all she's done is bitch, complain and self harm through it. Fent must truly be nothing like heroin which does explain to me why she bounces into outpatient so quickly after a relapse. That was what, two weeks since leaving hospital? You'd think she'd fall off the wagon for longer.
I had my suspicions when she immediately started advertising saggy titty pics for sale. Even more depressing when you remember that she was doing it just a few days before leaving the hospital. Was this to set up money for her immediately getting a dose when she got out or was Lurch strung out with no cash? Also explains her sudden need for a phone she can talk on as it seems there was something up with her microphone. She was needing it for her disgusting phone sex sessions with scrotes that she referenced in that sex repulsed tumblr post recently. Can you imagine the caliber of men willing to speak to her to get off? She sounds like the nastiest 80 cigs a day hag.
I'm reasonably sure her and Lurch were using before she went into the hospital and that is probably why she ended up with the spinal infection. Either bog standard junkie filth pushed into the bloodstream or a bit of this new xylazine seasoning possibly. It would explain her vagueness about what happened and the diagnosis.
Oh well they are going to the same outpatient. Bet tunafish loves that, she can apply such a narrative to it. Two addicted lovers against the world, just like Kurt and Court, trying to get clean together lol. What a waste of resources.
You actually don't have to go to any kind of intensive outpatient program (IOP) to get welfare or methadone. Being on methadone is plenty to no longer have a time limit on EBT/cash benefits. That alone makes it so that your time allowed to receive help becomes permanent rather than temp. There's normally something called an ABAWD work requirement. ABAWD = able bodied adult w/out dependents. If you are in a methadone clinic, you go from ABAWD to non-ABAWD. And this info all applies to NYC, btw. These two seem to be in the high maintenance NY drug addict babysitting program and have to participate in various therapy programs to keep sucking the welfare tit and getting free housing and methadone.
This is true but she said her and lurch are going to the same outpatient program to encourage each other and he doesnt have a bpd diagnosis so I can only assume it's drugs related.Interesting, I assumed the outpatient was BPD therapy again, in line with her humblebragging about self harm and suddenly depression at her fatty fat fatness...
Oh, I totally agree she's back on the smack. Just, I don't think she would have headed to rehab so quickly if she had easy access to it and is not required to do random drug tests to get her gibs. She's very clearly getting fucked up on something, though wether it's just benzos or she's back toainlining smack as opposed to just smoking a bit every so often isn't clear to me.This is true but she said her and lurch are going to the same outpatient program to encourage each other and he doesnt have a bpd diagnosis so I can only assume it's drugs related.
It won't be for methadone because they already get methadone and to my knowlege haven't ever had to go to any kind of program to actually get on it. In my country it's literally a case of going to the Dr and telling them you took smack and they will happily give you a script because they'd rather you be on methadone than heroin. Luna and lurch have been on it for years without her ever mentioning lurch going to out patient. She has done inpatient to detox before followed by outpatient, which sometimes she frames as a mental health thing but it's pretty blatantly a detox program given that she talks about withdrawing & everyone she meets there has addiction issue (I'm aware bpd and other associated mentalist have comorbid addiction) and usually just before entry she's taking these sloppy wall-eyed selfies.
I could be wrong but I'm quite sure it's some kind of support group for (heroin) relapse. Just all the little scraps of info here and there point to them both being back on it.
I have no idea about the details of NY state welfare benefits and drug clinics, but I think Luna (not Lurch) has been put in programs tailored to all her BPD nonsense. She wouldn’t be the typical welfare leech but classified as a mentally ill, substance abuser. Her Medicaid card is like a piggy bank to all kinds of shady programs targeting substance abuse and “the mentally I’ll” so it’s hard to say what various programs would try to corral her. She’d probably only stick to the ones that might get her benzos. You actually don't have to go to any kind of intensive outpatient program (IOP) to get welfare or methadone. I'm puzzled by them going to an IOP bc ppl in those programs are usually there to avoid jail time, and methadone programs don't require that on top to stay in the program. They'll either kick you off if you create enough problems, or not. I don't really see the role it fills for them except maybe using it as a negotiation tool to get her parents' help, maybe.
Also, IOP is not regular therapy. It applies specifically to drug-addiction-centric therapy. It involves weekly urine testing, and group therapy about avoiding relapses and stuff, individual therapy, and has a ton of very unwillingly sober people in it who just wanna do drugs. Great way to get some new connects and meet some new friends to get high with.
I actually know this info specifically for Medicaid free methadone clinics in NYC, and the one and only requirement to stay in it is....well, that you show up at least every other day. They deal w/ a ton of homeless and crazy people, as you mentioned, and them requiring actual, true engagement in the process doesn't work out well.Methadone clinics paid via Medicaid do have therapy requirements. Idk about NY now but the difference I saw years ago was between private pay/insurance and the ones that ran on Medicaid patients. The Medicaid clinics had a lot more strings attached and patients had to move up levels so they didn’t have to go every day and allowed to take home doses. These clinics handled the homeless, the crazies, etc… I’d guess Lurch and Luna haven’t been very good little addicts and probably still have to go to the clinic a lot, if not everyday.
So pretty good bet that Lurch and Luna have to go every day or several days a week? I can’t see either of them only taking methadone. Prob why having an actual script is so important to Luna, she won’t get kicked out for benzo abuse if she can prove she has a doctors prescription. The only req't in there to get 'take home bottles' meaning you don't have to come in that day to drink it, is clean urine tests given for a long enough streak. Then you get one take home bottle and get to come 5 days/week instead of 6. Then another...year or so and, wow 4 days a week. After 9 years clean, you'll have made a dent in your schedule!
I don't think they're actually married or even engaged. 2 or so years ago, she was talking about needing a birth certificate to get married, persistently claimed that she needed to go to Florida to get one, but had no way to get there. She complained about it even after being told that she could get it online. She used this as an excuse as to why they weren't married and that if she had it Lurch would've married her. A while after that she said she'd got one but didn't mention anything about getting married and seemed to forget after a while. This is at least what I recall from my useless knowledge of minor events in her life.I just remembered they're supposed to be engaged. Although I guess speculating about how that's going is pointless, given that plenty of women like her will talk about their "fiance" for fifteen years and with three of his kids
Oh, for sure, they're the six-day-a-week crowd. Every one there gets a take-home bottle on Saturday to dose themselves on Sundays, no matter what.So pretty good bet that Lurch and Luna have to go every day or several days a week? I can’t see either of them only taking methadone. Prob why having an actual script is so important to Luna, she won’t get kicked out for benzo abuse if she can prove she has a doctors prescription.
kind of hard to have a sex drive when you're on a shit ton of depressants.
Ah. I was going with 'shitty heroin'.<--This is her admitting to "sh" = self harm.
She got the birth certificate copy last year I believe.I don't think they're actually married or even engaged. 2 or so years ago, she was talking about needing a birth certificate to get married, persistently claimed that she needed to go to Florida to get one, but had no way to get there. I wish I could remember when this was but all that comes to mind is the time where she was living with/squatting at her mom's place. They may be engaged but if that was true then I feel like she would've made a way bigger deal about it. She switches between calling him husband, fiancee, boyfriend, partner or just Matt. With them dating for 10 years she is similar to the women you described but replace the kids with a hoard of plushies and a neglected cat.
