Up until this point I had been under the thumb of Government! The CIA had coerced me into trying to set Nick up and now I will no longer cooperate!

The truth is the journalist, Nick Rekieta was about to break open a huge story about how the CIA was trafficking huge amounts of Cocaine as has been suspected for years. They even made a movie based on a true story called American Made staring Tom Cruz. Nick had samples in order to test it for something that would have conclusively tied the CIA to the shipments via the cartel and even the BIDEN administration!

Just like with Jim Metokur they poisoned Nick for his activism so he has a slew of disabilities because of the deep state. One of these is narcolepsy. Nick was working overtime to uncover the truth and he passed out and fell asleep and his head slammed into the sample and with his big nose he inhaled a copious amounts for cocaine! This is why in his booking photo he has a black eye! This is 100% the truth now that I am out from under the thumb of Government!!!! His youngest daughter found him passed out in the cocaine and she was exposed to it as well.

NICK IS INNOCENT he was set up by the deep state! It all matches up and is 100% the truth! I took the time to write this because as we speak Nick is breaking out into hives because of his heat allergy he was too close to the truth and to the heat!!!!

Discovery Disclosure was filed by the State today. Here's the list of what we're looking at, evidence-wise except for the BCA lab results.....those will be coming soon.

And there is apparently an Aaron Imholte interview and statement beyond his youtube videos. Listed next to April's. Kayla is the only one that said nothing.

So they list the crime scene/body cam video as evidence. Doesn’t that mean that they have to be released?
 
They sent 9 cops to search the Balldo Barn? Is that normal (for a house that, admittedly, was expected to contain around 9 people) or were they expecting something big?

Does the 9 include regular police? They generally want force + 1 at regular encounters so 2 officers to pullover Nick. At least 3 to wrangle 2 adults at the house. Probably 1-2 kid wranglers since one kid may have been the 16 y/o male. That leaves 2-3 to clear the house and search it which seems reasonable.
