This question keeps coming up over and over here in the Deathfats forum, and the answer is always the same, and will always be the same, and asking it again is not going to get a different answer.

Unless Anna poses a clear and present danger to herself or others, or has already engaged in violence toward herself or others, she cannot be subjected to any kind of mental health care without her consent. She is a legally competent adult, and cannot be forced to accept psychiatric help.

Nobody can get psychiatric help for her—not without going through an extremely difficult, expensive, and lengthy legal process, which, in her case, would not be lengthy at all, because it would be thrown out right away.

I'm sure her dad has tried to convince her to get professional help with her issues, and maybe even offered to pay for it, but he can't make her do it.

And, to be honest, there is nothing the mental health professions can do for her, given that she's a complete fucking Narcissist, and Narcs are pretty much therapy-proof, because they are unable to admit that they are the problem. So trying to push her into seeing a psychiatrist, psychologist, or any sort of counselor would all be wasted effort anyway.

Crazy how fast this surgery arc started, if you only check Anna's thread once a week or so you'd start on "she plans to get surgery" and end at "she finished her first lipo session" which is wild. She didn't want to give herself any time to think this over or let anyone try to talk her out of it.

Based on the before and afters posted it looks like the only thing this guy is good at removing is money from the bank accounts of suckers. If there was any meaningful change in appearance, I'm not able to spot it.

I imagine most are like the Heart Attack Grill guy and take satisfaction in that they make money grifting fats while also often hurting them.
In these surgeons' cases, probably a lot of it too, but surgeons are a different breed that take great pride in their work, though. They probably get less out of it than a charlatan slinging stimulant beetus pills and Zepbound for the money.

But a dermatologist doing lipo on people like this? He takes great pride in doing WLS on deathfat bank accounts, I'm sure.
