In India and most brown countries, the value of human life is culturally considered worthless. Crimes aren't really prosecuted. So that's why they all act like nasty little fuckboys, also they think this makes them unique and stand out above the crowd. Indians have a caste system (literally the only country in the world that still has such backwards 2000 BC tier bullshit) where you are thrown into a class called untouchables at the bottom just based on your last name. So they are teaching themselves that a vast majority of the population is worthless.

Indians in particular also think they are smart for coming up with bullshit "life hacks" that seem like they are a good idea at face value, when they are actually killing them (see: the newspaper food wrap). They 100% thought that they were being smart and business savvy for ignoring all of the machines telling them there was a problem.

Because life is considered worthless, all of the really really really toxic industrial stuff is done over there. The kind that you couldn't even convince normal non-hippie people to have done in the USA. Pair that with them considering their own lives worthless and you've got a disaster waiting to happen.

Remember, HR is willfully ignorant to all of this, and according to them, if they take a dump in the meeting and just claim "yis entire database was deleted yis, cannot see yis", then YOU have to waste 2 weeks helping them then you are behind on your shit. The biggest Indian "life hack" is, instead of fixing all the shitty monstrous problems in India, why not just emigrate to a white country where everything is working? What the religion basically says is occupation is to be divided along caste lines and that caste is an inherited trait which is tied to lineage, not skill. There are 5 castes to briefly oversimplify, the Brahmin/Science caste (Religion was considered science so scientists, mathematicians, priests), the Kshatriya/Warrior caste (royalty), the Vaishya/trader caste (merchants moneylenders business owners etc), the Shudra/labourer caste (manual labour, servants, waiters, barbers, garbage cleaners, sometimes farmers), the Harijan/untouchable caste (literal beggars who cant or dont work).
