Simulcast as in, every channel has their own stream that has the same feed? How does the superchat get read then? They mute to everyone else but their own channel when they read?
You named the biggest issue. They can do what you described (and discussed doing just that) but it's not how it worked today.

Eric and Nate were hosting the simulcast via LaidBackLaw. They could see the Superchats from every creator's chat. They put them on the screen as they appeared so everyone saw them.

It's a bit problematic. Considering the collective audience was about 4-5K, there were very few Superberries. This is likely because:
  1. People Superchat to get attention/interactivity with the creator they're watching, or chat. Today, most Superchats were just thrown up on the screen for the larger audience without comment from the panel.
  2. Unless the text of the Superchat named the creator we didn't know where it came from. As a viewer, it was confusing. Dani handled it by addressing her Superchats in text in her chat (in addition to it being posted to everyone).
They need to work out the kinks.

Did he ever show up to Branca's stream?

ahahahahahahahaha, I crack myself up sometimes.
Agreed. Were I Branca, I wouldn't have Nick on. We're I any Lawtuber looking to do trial coverage, I wouldn't have Nick on.

Nick's insipid off-topic diatribe, and sorry ass attempts at humor, would completely drive away anybody looking for actual legal analysis of the Baldwin trial.

People have said Nick should go back to trial coverage, but I think we're way beyond that now. His brain is fried. I don't think he's ever recapturing the days of Depp and Rittenhouse.

Would it not be a shame if Branca refused him?

Interesting new matter of public record attached. There's a quite a few notable tidbits in there but one oddity especially stood out: considering that the state in their June 26th "Initial Disclosure" (previously here at post #111,393) had disclosed to the Rekietas something described as "Children - segmented hair tests" already, wouldn't this July 5th "Supplemental Disclosure" to the Rekietas of "hair test - children" seem rather redundant? Or could it be that it's not redundant at all, because new results from the long-awaited retest came back and need to be disclosed? But surely that can't be the case, because then surely Nick would now be busy waving around that proof of a prior false positive to own the haters, would he not? Unless...

It was interesting to me that there were photographs of a 'safety meeting' whiteboard and 'images of the house' on the same line.

- The state of the house was deemed a hazard to children, and Nick and Kayla had to childproof the house, it would seem.

Also, it seems that two of the children (plus Nanny) gave an audio or audio-visual statement to the police. Is there a way to determine if this was done earlier, or if these are recent?

Simulcast as in, every channel has their own stream that has the same feed? How does the superchat get read then? They mute to everyone else but their own channel when they read?

They figured in onstream. The stream host pulls them all up and everyone that is a co-host can see a merged chat from all the channel.

They also figured a way to run separate stream on their own channels and split it off where they can duck in and out of the merged stream and have video and audio on their own channel exclusively. They need to have 2 windows and streams up, then pipe the shared audio and video back in to their stream, then switch sources when they want to flip between without closing the linked stream.

He didn't sit around in his hot tub shirtless in his old shows, so if there were marks on him, they wouldn't be as easily noticed. Besides, I didn't say it was obviously a heat allergy, I said it didn't appear to be a sore caused by drug use, and speculated that it was an bug bite that'd been irritated by him scratching it or an ingrown hair.

The report from the pastor is more significant, because multiple people observed it (who, unlike people here, presumably weren't going out of their way to analyze every detail about him) and considered it worth mentioning. In other words, it was probably both very apparent and noteworthy unlike the red spot on his arm. Either that, or whatever marks they saw on him WERE unrelated to his drug use, but he's such an obvious cokehead that they saw marks and immediately took it as evidence of his drug habit.

I'm not defending Rekieta, I'm saying that an irritated spot on his skin isn't some smoking gun or critical piece of evidence, and that it's silly to act like it is.

The marks were not visible in his first livestreams from the hot tub at all, and not even right after his return from Hedonism. The hard drug use became obvious in the last 24 months or so.

True, but he was never that smart to begin with. Certainly not the smart he thinks he is, which is the only reason I will poke at his academic and career record.

I agree. Nick's pre-emptive cope was that he got the same degree as other people and was a bad student because he only did assignments; not homework. Even taken as true, the homework was important.

His schedule is free, and he still can't show up at a set time. Sad.
Why can't he stream at a normal time again? :stress:
•It's his job tecnically.
•He doesn't have his kids.
•He doesn't need to drive around. Nor go to church.
•I seriously doubt that he's being hounded by the state or his lawyer. Not that he would care looking at his speeding tickets and statements.
•I doubt that the nearby drug dealers and perverts want him around since he has the coppers on his butthole. So he's probably not invited to the hedonistic drug parties anymore.

1: It’s funny how Aaron is consistently crowned as the least awful of the bunch/the one eyed seer in the land of the blind, just by doing basically fuck all.
He's the saddest one of them all. A failed disc jockey doing an impression of some other failed disc jockey like a beggar with a tin cup out on the curb.
Nick thread tax - remember when Nick was a guest on FNT? Remember how absolutely cringy he was every single time he was on? That was back when he was still very much liked, and it was visible even back then just how unfunny he was. Always coming in with terribly timed jokes, and not knowing anything about what they're talking about.
And FlashCast. Good god what an awful show that is.
And then one day, for no reason at all. . .
Nick Rekieta got into drugs, swinging, neglecting his kids and giving them drugs.
True, but he was never that smart to begin with. Certainly not the smart he thinks he is, which is the only reason I will poke at his academic and career record.
Even being a midwit he could have made up for it by having some sort of work ethic. But nope. Not our Nicky.
This fuck showed his face and is apparently gonna cover the Baldwin trial tonight

Every single Law Tube lawyer streamed the start of the Baldwin trial live. Some of them used a new multi streaming set up that let them stream on their own channels and together so they could get compensated fairly. Some of them had real jobs but managed to participate. This unemployed bum sat on his ass all day. Didn't stream the trial, most likely didn't watch the trial. What does he possibly think he can add besides bad jokes? And wasn't the Trump decision last week? Time to hang it up buddy. The times have passed you by. You're all done. Get off the internet, fix your life. Get a name change and have the decency to disappear into private life.

The rocks won't cut themselves and the rails won't snort themselves.
I would say that that should take 5 minutes tops, buy with the ammount he was arrested with I am not so sure. But then again, the prodigious size of his schnose should be able to vaccum any ammount of drugs on record time. What could he possibly be spending thr rest of the day in other than being a lazy bum? (Inb4 sex 24/7. His dick and balls would fall off at some point no?)

If I think really hard back, I believe he used the size of his nose as proof he could never do cocaine because he'd immediately OD. Glad to see that theory didn't hold up I guess.

It's a bit problematic. Considering the collective audience was about 4-5K, there were very few Superberries. This is likely because:
My suggestion would be to pick the actual good ones. Ignore the retardation like "balls or no balls." So it would be a competition to buy a ticket to be one of the ones worth being responded to. Maybe do a "Gong Show" thing where the really bad ones get selected to be mocked. So people could compete for both.

You're going to die on this hill? There's been multiple discussions/speculations here regarding his wounds and spots on his arms throughout the year.
On it's own, it didn't look like anything noteworthy to me. It just looked like a red spot on his skin.

The marks were not visible in his first livestreams from the hot tub at all, and not even right after his return from Hedonism. The hard drug use became obvious in the last 24 months or so.
Okay, I didn't realize that. You're right, if the spots on his skin line up with the time he started obviously doing drugs, and didn't show up in his hot tub streams that happened before that, that does suggest it's related to his coke use. My bad, I didn't know that.

Man this foreshadowing shit really has to go before the final cut.

It really shouldn't be all that difficult.

There's software out there that lets you multiplex your webcam (or use several of them and switch inline). You setup your primary as your own then your $20 Logitech or whatever for the external stream. Bonus points if it has it's own shitty mic since you're just shilling for facetime anyhow.

Setup your primary stream with your hardware, then join theirs with the eBay special and/or use multiplexing software.

Nothing I do makes them look better but this should improve readability.
April and Aaron were pushing for the kids to be everyone's, for everyone to be equally a "parent" - similar to what Aaron stated that Kayla wanted? A strange polycule where all of the children were raised as a giant family.

If what Aaron stated about Kayla was true (uncertain, I know), then Ashley may have saved her children from 2 polycule attempts without realizing it.
And why are these women (April and Kayla) so determined to collect children like baseball cards? Get your own.

It’s the beginning stages of a cult

And FlashCast. Good god what an awful show that is.
I keep forgetting it even exists. I realize Yellowflash plays a role in the Rackets saga, but even back when I was completely sucked into the whole Fandom Menace sphere (and hate-followed all the Disney Star Wars stuff), I think it was only a few times I ever watched him.

Very unoriginal, and when you're in a space where all these channels are making the same videos, same thumbnail template (big IMPACT font on one side, random woke crying face on other side), and same opinions, you really need to be unique, and he is far from that.

Gary's backstory and industry experience made him very interesting to listen to I think.

It’s the beginning stages of a cult
Remember when the cult comments/jokes first started, and we got 6+ hour streams from PromisedPS because it upset him, enough to bring it up as some sort of absurd point that is totally not true? Looking forward to the next one.

By the way, I spent a really embarrassing amount of time trying to find the reference I thought I remembered where Aaron said that Nick didn't believe Vic's innocence, but after searching various key words, I can't find anything.

While I feel like I saw it somewhere, since I can't find it, I accept that I probably just misremembered. Sorry for any confusion.
