To Bob, saying "We want border control" is racist. I'm not going to weigh in on that one. But what I will say is that, although border control was one of pro-Brexit's (immediately broken) promises, it was not the lion's share. There were other things promised to us too. They were all empty promises with no grounding to them, but they were present, and were actually more important to the debates than immigration.

Added, Brexit isn't even going to be in effect until years of negotiation.

Bobbo is the icon of non-border state ignorance when it comes to immigration. Usually, however, it's the reverse contention of a wall actually working or that the majority of illegals get in by sneaking over the border.

To Bob, the Border Patrol is a state sponsored Klan sect. In reality, they bust their asses to actually SAVE Mexicans from shitkicking Coyotes trying to smuggle them in dangerous methods.

Not to mention that the illegal immigrants that do manage to get into the U.S. end up in legal limbo with no protections under the law, including but not limited to wages; you can pay an illegal immigrant whatever the fuck you want with no repercussion because if they complain, you simply call deportation. This ends up cheapening the entire job market, because why would you hire locals or even LEGAL immigrants if the illegals will do much more work for much cheaper?

I am surrounded by liberals. Chipman would stand out amongst them for various reasons:

1.) They believe the government should benefit the poor and middle class more than anyone in upper income brackets. They all empathize with working class individuals to a huge degree, despite their own backgrounds. I share this, despite my own very far right leanings. When you meet these people, you really do harbor some sympathy to them. This leads me to believe Bob is VERY sheltered.

2.) They were quick to sort out what was wrong with this election. They blamed no one but their party elite as to why we have an orange asshole for a president elect, now. Bob doesn't seem to understand that the electorate chooses what it chooses and gets what it wants, for ill or for good. And when your voting base are those working class guys? Maybe the DFL isn't your cup of tea, Bob. Honestly, one of the very few things Trump's been consistent on is his acceptance of LGBTs. And, establishment Republican ideals tend to look down upon the working class. It sounds like you may fit in!

3.) Their political ideology doesn't seep into every fucking facet of their life. Nor have any of them written about one of the most popular platformers ever made.

Further power level: I know how that is. I became politically minded little over a decade ago and found my own beliefs leaned right. This meant I was shoveled into the neo-conservative hyper religious pack of jackoffs that ran the GOP.

In the end, they faded and these will, too. Don't go changing your own political beliefs based on the pressures of anything short of a reasoned argument and self-reflection.
