If they want to get rid of the nepo-hiring allegations just simply hire a low view vtuber they never collabed or interacted with in the auditions they are hosting.

It really is that simple. I also don't really understand why they don't do it. Like yeah, be the retirement home for talents from other corpos but farm a couple smol streamers into prominence. Create some fresh talents and also ensure their loyalty to their brand by giving them that chance. You instantly also create another stream of money for them and Vsho too.

Also Geega, I don't know if that's a good defense considering well...outside of Geega and Haru was Zen close with any of Vshos other pickups? I don't think Zen was friends with Kson, Rushia, Pika or any of those people prior to their hiring.

Are the people who are throwing rocks at Vshojo upset that they are nepo hiring or is the reasoning that they're claiming to be having tryouts on who they'll be hiring and you think they're just going to nepo hire anyway? I'm a bit confused from reading the posts here.

Personally, I don't care that they're hiring people they already know and have worked with. I know I probably wouldn't of gotten half the jobs I've worked if it wasn't for having a friend or family who would vouch for me and was already working there. So it just seems kind of silly to go after them for that reason so I'm assuming it's the latter.

if you're nepo-hiring you don't have to run an "open" audition to make it look like you're actually searching for talent. you can just ask your butt-buddy to join without the whole fake theatrics. that's what people have a problem with, not the nepo-hiring itself.
