Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Happy 9002 pages, friends. I remember my first Christmas season with you in 2019, when Chantal's ass erupted into the wettest, most hazardous fart ever recorded whilst chowing on her "cheat meal" of lobster mac & cheese at 5 a.m. We thought we had seen and heard it all way back then, and the Fart Heard 'Round The Farms probably made up a few thousand of these pages . We had no idea of what was in store. We were innocents then, children frolicking in unknown territory.

I'll put my money on another 9000 pages before her inhuman body even starts to think about dying. Luckily, I only have about sixteen dollars on me.

I have no doubt this and stuffing as much food in her face at once started out as an act of defiance against table manners
It would have to be just the very concept of table manners because if you've ever watched the video with her sister/family where they eat pizza you'd know that table manners do not exist in that household. They all eat like starving feral dogs. It's actually disgusting.

Was looking at a reaction channel’s livestream and saw this comment interaction. It’s been heavily speculated that Sarahlee is a sock account.
Sarahlee was outed as a sock a loooong time ago. That account white-knights Chins all over reaction channels and, of course, isn't even a VIB. Unlike with her other socks, though, she occasionally throws in something to make it look like she's not fawning. (She so clever!) In this case, admitting to the visa run (Chins knows the jig is up with that anyway) and saying "if she even goes" to the dietician. BUT! She no longer bothers responding when someone replies to one of her comments with "Hi Chantal!"

She did change the name of the charlesreid account after Dark Side Becky posted this hilarious parody.

The name change is reflected in a comment that DSB pinned in the previous video, which originally showed the @charlesreid account name

These are the faint echo's of what Smee went thru when trying to correct Chantal's dietary course. If only someone had early on tried to correct her attitude. But maybe that is where nature took over. Sometimes the horror is hardwired.
I'm glad someone else acknowledged that. I feel like I'm in the minority thinking that Smee did the best she could with that devil-child. It seems she certainly DID try to change her attitude by sending her to the group home, Katimavik and various therapists...AND! trying to keep her away from the older "lover" when she was a minor. Even Chins acknowledges through many stories that she made Smee's life a living hell. It may be that Smee keeps supporting Gunt out of guilt for the irresponsible action of getting pregnant in high school and having to leave her in the care of grandmas and babysitters while she worked (there is no indication that she "sharmuted around" as FFG would have us believe, which is based on nothing).

I don't blame her bio-dad for not wanting to have anything to do her. And I suspect she would have turned out the same way even if he'd stuck around. Her character flaws go way beyond "Daddy abandonment issues."

Chins did once say that her mother reprimanded her for chewing with her mouth open, which made her want to do it even more. But, yeah, the lesson didn't rub off on Natalie either. (I know, I know, sometimes it seems I defend Smee TOO much).

To try and apply any sort of logic and rationale to Chantal is the first mistake. She is who she is on camera and off.

I will say she is most likely worse off-camera. Did we all not see how disgusting her apartment is even in Kuwait? She is a disgusting pig among many other deeply psychological issues that cannot be explained properly by any of us who only observe her online.

Ninja! Thank you for the information and insight @TrainWreckSpotter

Sansa Cooks made a helpful chart about the behavioral cycles of Chantals recent health problems
"A Closer Look at Foodie Beauty's Incoming Health Arc"

She noticed that the waiting room looked familiar, and it must have been the same doctor she saw in December 2023, Doctor No 1, the endocrinologist. SansaCooks concluded:

He sent her to the emergency, women's observation department, after taking her blood and urine levels. There she got IV fluids and antibiotics, she also was told there to start with 5 units of insulin.

Then she had a follow up appointment with Doctor No 1.
This is where he upped her insulin to 15 units and prescribed her the other medications etc.

She also noticed, that Chantal doesn't really understand how insulin works and really needs that diabetes education.
That she had all the same options in Canada, walk-in clinics and the like, but just didn't use them.
Finally, that there has to be a lot more, which Chantal might have omitted or just doesn't remember regarding her health problems.

Got a question for the medfags out there: is she in any danger from the medications she has shown on camera? I absolutely wouldn’t be surprised if she has doctor hopped around various places and is being prescribed different medications for that day’s problem and failing to disclose (or remember) what else she is taking. Is there any potential for an adverse reaction here?

And if so put me down for ‘overdose’ for the death pool. She’s going to self-medicate herself straight into the grave.

Not sure if there are interactions but some of those meds have serious side effects if not taken properly. And we know that's a given with her, if she takes them at all.

MilkTea mentioned in her reaction that one of them interacts with some antidepressants, which Chantal might have been on, the ones she got in Kuwait.

See my post one page back about Farxiga.

On top of what I previously commented, I would add that Dapagliflozin (Farxiga), when taken together with insulin, can cause hypoglycemia. If she overcorrects with too much sugar, it can potentially lead to diabetic ketoacidosis.

Statins are generally safe, but they can cause liver issues in rare cases. While a normal person typically recovers from such side effects, Chantal is everything but normal.

Absolutely. My concern would be polypharmacy. This is when a patient has several health problems, and is on multiple medications (at least 4 or 5) prescribed by different medical providers. This increases both the risk of drug interactions and the potential for an adverse reaction. This is common among elderly patients, but can happen with younger patients as well.

The way Chantal is flitting in and out of different clinics and emergency rooms, she is definitely at risk for polypharmacy. There's a good chance that at some point one or more of her meds may need to be deprescribed, i.e., the dosage lowered or the med discontinued altogether because it's no longer beneficial or is outright harming her. I hope she knows that to help guard against polypharmacy she should bring a list of her current medications (or the medications themselves) to any new doctor she sees. But knowing Chantal, she probably doesn't.

FWIW, Farxiga seems really nasty. It has so many side effects and contraindications, I wouldn't take it if I were her. Seems like it could do more harm than good. I would request a different med.

If you had told me back on the night Peetz watched in horror as Chantal poured gravy on her pizza where we would be just 3 years later I wouldn’t have believed you. The glory days are obviously behind us, but it’s the memories and laughs along the way that have made, and continue to make, this lolcow ride so enjoyable. I’ll really miss this thread when this show is over.

9 months ago, chinny was horrorfying the innocent thaipeople, hurpling about in nightmarkets and stinking up catcafees. I havent seen the following garments the last months and she def hasnt lost weight, so she must have grown out of them.
The white checkered one is holding on for its dear life and tuktuk mumu is a noshow.

Polypharmacy issues, as discussed by better medfags than me. Forxiga is likely keeping the insulin dosage as low as it (currently) is.
