Generally, it’s men who are into poly. It’s why polycules are generally 5 men and one extremely mentally ill fat woman.
Men are pretty selfish about women generally. Women tend to be into poly because they can be bundle "lesser male" attention when there's not a guy of exclusivity-worthy status around. That's why you always see pathetic weirdos or outright lolcow guys going along with it: they are the men that women will not bother with unless its a bundle deal with being adored by three or four other doofuses.

Nick fucked up by not covering the Baldwin trial. It was just thrown out on a Brady violation.
I saw it live on Sean's channel while eating lunch. It was pretty amazing stuff.

The thing is, while I think a Nick whose brain is not swiss cheese would have done well today, I maintain that Nick is dead. It's almost pointless to suggest he good back to trial coverage now.

I think if he tried trial coverage now, he'd be cracking dumb barely coherent jokes, seething at trolls in chat, and barely paying attention to the courtroom drama. All to the determent of an audience that would welcome actual legal analysis.

And to think I've been saying that prosecutors are actually getting good at avoiding Brady violations. Imagine being the fuckup who did a Brady violation in such a high profile case.
Sadly, Sean (or one of his guests) made a good point though. This happened because Baldwin hired a really really REALLY good defense attorney. Guy was fucking savage and effective. Sadly, most criminal defendants are not that lucky.

Maybe Kayla has sobered up enough to realize what a shitstorm she's in and that Balldo Man does not have her best interests at heart, and could give not a single sweet flying fuck about his kids, and that White is a meme lawyer recommended by meme lawyer Barnes, and that if she goes down the White/Barnes path, she may never see her kids again.
My money is she remains mostly comatose on Xanax, but her parents have enough control to have set her up with her own lawyer.
That's my actual hypothesis, that or the other where they already know they're getting submitted unredacted as exhibits anyway, so there's no reason to put up a fight, just wait until that eventuality moots the whole issue since the public will then have access to it as court records anyway.
It's a small county in bumfuck Minnesota. The office staff are probably looking at the video and asking "does anybody know how to work this software to redact shit on these bodycam videos?" It's not like they would need to do this regularly.
A family lawyer is exactly who you would engage here if your children had been removed from your care.
The thing that make sit odd is Nick and Kayla absolutely positively need separate lawyers for the criminal case. For the Family Law CPS situation they do not appear to have any real or un-waivable conflicts of interest. So why the separate lawyers? Unless there is some looming conflict in that case? With the big obvious conflict in that situation being the possibility of divorce.

The latest document from @MNPublicRecords confirms something that was obvious but flew under the radar. Dawn Weber and John Mueller, the Balldos attorneys in the Emergency Protective Care (EPC) proceeding were court appointed.

What does this matter?

Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 260C.163, subd. 3(b), "In all child protection proceedings where a child risks removal from the care of the child's parent . . . if the parent, guardian, or custodian desires counsel and is eligible for counsel under section 611.17, the court shall appoint counsel to represent each parent, guardian, or custodian prior to the first hearing on the petition . . . ."

In other words, broke niggas get a free lawyer if the gubbermint finna take they kids away, just like they do when they're charged with a jailable offense. Thus the Balldos had to have met the Minnesota broke nigga guidelines found here:

"Are you poor, or are you just pretending to be poor, Mr Balldo?"

to be fair, why would he spend money on trying to get his children back when he can spend it on things he actually cares about like coke and hookers?

So to recap, Nick:

A) Missed a high-profile trial
He didn't miss anything! He had a huge opportunity to snort numerous lines of cocaine, and he took those opporunities!
It's a small county in bumfuck Minnesota.
That means they've dealt with Balldo Man personally and hate his guts. I think they're doing the best they can to comply with disclosure requirements they're entirely happy to comply with.

"Explain this to me SEAN. Why do the kiwis complain when I don't feed my kids, then they complain when I feed them cocaine?! Tell me SEAN I know you know!"
He's one of those people who's so moral-less that they don't even know what the right thing to do is anymore. They only "do the right thing" after someone else tells them what it is (but our boy can't even do that). Most people would understand why neglecting your children to the point Aaron has to open a can and pour it into a bowl for them is bad, as that's just common sense, but to him, how is that wrong? They're clearly still alive right? So it's fine. When they die of starvation or dehydration, then we might have a problem on our hands.

Simply acting a piece of garbage is the course, and doing the right thing is not even something he's trying to avoid. He doesn't even know what that would be.

He's one of those people who's so moral-less that they don't even know what the right thing to do is anymore.
He's so autistic, so incapable of picking up on social cues, that he is completely incapable of realizing what he looks like to normal humans, who recognize him as an absolute piece of shit.

"Do you know what they say about me, SEAN? They say I abuse my family! They say I abuse my kids!"
Funny how all the things he bitched to Sean about were true.

He snitched on himself.

It's really great that he is incapable of shutting the fuck up. That's how you can tell he's a real lawyer, and not a complete fraud.
