I appreciated Ramaswamy during the debates and interviews he did.
The confrontation with Abby Phillip over Jan 6 being entrapment comes to mind, where he completely bulldozed through as she tried to interrupt and talk over him.

Trump has a peculiar way of supporting Israel where he helps them in ways they can't stand. Basically, he takes the idea that "Israel is our greatest ally and a strategic partner in the Middle East" and plays it straight. He treats them as he would an ally, not a master, which leads to him making statements like that they should end the Gaza war quickly by making a deal whereas Biden gives them unconditional support. The times Biden's people have tried to make them pump the brakes have just been the minimum necessary to avoid total global condemnation. If Trump takes their purported role as ally and strategic partner at face value, it's unlikely he'll send a bunch of US troops to occupy Gaza and the Lebanese border.

Trump's contribution to their overall agenda of turning all their neighbors into failed states and shipping everyone there to make way for Greater Israel was nearly nil - he blew up a shed in Syria and moved an embassy. The media offered him legitimacy in exchange for warmongering; the Syria raid prompted them to say that "he finally became president." But he didn't take the bait and move any further down that path.

It sets this issue on course for SCOTUS review when inevitably the DC court rules that Smith's appointment is fine and with two conflicting precedents set it has little room to move since these are in separate appellate courts.

In theory yes but untested. Internal polling would be enlightening here but that kind of thing is usually kept close to the chest.

What pisses me off about the lefts reaction ti the assassination attempt is how they don't have a clue that they keep trying to justify it by using a stick of biden on a pickup truck and acts like there aren't plenty of people on their side condemning the attack.

And they keep saying if it happened to hiden, Republicans would celebrate and it's like, no I've yet to see Republican leaders calling for his head personally.

Probably not for the Presidential detail but for an ex-pres and/or candidate that hasn't started getting daily classified briefings it seems somewhat plausible.

Honestly I mean a lot of the most deranged liberals are red state liberals or live in red areas of the blue state. So the most vociferous In this house we believe people tend to be the Insufferable Rainbow flag couple in a small town trying to own their conservative neighbors.
But in general I wonder what's going to happen if and when he right basically decides to give the left a taste of their own medicine. Though to lefties many of them are too stupid to understand empathy for anyone but themselves.
